Ordered burgers well done and they were very pink inside. Being diabetic we are not supposed to eat uncooked meat. Everything else was ok.
Great local spot! We were passing through and had a taste for a good burger and wings. Relaxed crowd college, friend and families dining. The menu was huge and had many great options. My husband chose a garlic Parmesan bacon burger! My son and I chose lemon pepper and bbq wings. We didn’t leave a single thing on our plates lol.Jacob was our server very nice and attentive. Plenty of TVs for watching games and I’m sure it’s a great spot for Roll tide fans.I would recommend and visit again! Thanks Mugshots :)
Server did their best. Minor mistakes but nothing really to talk about. Service was quick and pleasant even with the business of the venue at the time. Food was good, mostly burgers.
Had a great experience at Mugshots. The fries were delicious, as was the breakfast burger. Service was good. We were traveling home to TX on Easter & appreciated that they were open.

One of the best burgers I've ever had! HUGE selection to choose from and prices were reasonable. Visited on a Friday night and they seemed to be understaffed for the amount of traffic in town, but otherwise it was a great experience.
Server was very nice and helpful. He actually saved the day because the food quality has definitely dropped since the last time I came. Nothing was fresh. Not even the fries
Just ok, bar has a very limited liquor selection, couldn't make basic mixed drinks.The burger was decent hence the three stars
The only time this place is good is when it’s packed. If you go when it’s slow be prepared for cold undercooked food. Rude staff and won’t let you speak to the manager if there is an issue.
Good Hamburger Steak..really liked my Visit.
