This place consistently sucks. I love Moes but the workers seem so aggregated over the most simple requests. I will never return here. Quite possibly the worst service I have ever experienced…
I go to pick an order from the restaurant and they was closed the workers saw me at the door and didn't bother communicating with me that they was about to open the store. Had to cancel a really good order due to the fact that they were closed. And they was supposed to be open at 10:30
Placed an order at 5:27 for 6pm pickup. The app allowed a 6pm pickup time to be selected and had several later pickup times available.. Arrived at 6:04pm to locked doors. Had to bang on doors to get employees who were 6' away to respond, they said they closed at 6. We explained that we had placed a pickup order for 6pm - surely they would've filled it before clearing all the food? No, all food long gone and employees were mopping everything down. We had to ask for a manager, who told us we could pick up the order tomorrow. We asked if they could transfer it to another location in the city. They called the other store manager and let them know that we were coming but didn't tell them our order, so we had to stand in line, try to read back every item with meats, toppings, etc, because the manager wouldn't just take our phone and read the email confirmation with what we had ordered. We had to ask for additional chips three times, and left with three bags of chips less than 3" full although we had ordered an entree nachos and two additional queso cups. Absolutely ridiculous. No offer to refund, no thanks. No apology from either manager.
Rice was hard, beans were hard, and queso was not melted all the way and cool. The steak was good but everything else was bad. I didn't get lettuce because it was brown. I wanted to take a photo but couldn't sneak it in. Just really bad today. Service was slow, they looked out of it.
Dried up chicken in my chicken bowl as it was literally scraped from the bottom of pan. They have a sign that says download an app for free queso. Asked the girl at counter and showed her I was downloading. She said yeah, it takes a few days to download (? yeah okay) and you can use it next time. My daughter ordered a steak burrito, we got charged a steak burrito… and she got chicken. When I realized my daughter didn’t get what she ordered and I paid for, I brought it to their attention. She said she didn’t ‘see’ it and completely ignored my concern.

this place has horrible hours and horrible service. Their website says open till 9 and every time I go before 9, they close around 6. They are never polite when I go in and I always feel rushed.
11:15am. They open at 11. Employees have door locked. They see us outside but won’t even come to door to tell us why doors are locked and they haven’t posted anything on doors. At least two employees working, one was sitting and eating! Must be nice lol. Happy Mothers Day to my wife. Wow. I’m sure we would here an excuse about “staffing shortage”, but that is a garbage excuse, they could have posted on doors or informed us what was going on.
This location is insanely slow. They always push their delivery times on doordash by at least 20 minutes although they initially said something much quicker. They also usually mess up the ingredients and orders. Without a doubt, they will forget the drink you paid for as well! The bottled soda is also literally four dollars. Do better, I am always disappointed.
