Went to get lunch for myself and my son on our 30 minute lunch break. Ordered 2 burgers, 2 fries, and two drinks. I pulled over to a parking space so we could eat. Realized they only gave us one burger. My son went back in and they said he would have to bring in a receipt....except guess what....the young lady did not give us a receipt. I backed up to the first window and told the lady what happened. She remembered me because I paid half with card/half with cash. I explained to her about the missing burger. Her response was maybe I didn't ring you up for second burger. I am like yes ma'am you did because it was over $14! So....I asked her if she could print the receipt. She states, "Well I could".....and kept staring at me. I am like well are you going to print it? She said maybe I didn't ring you up....by this time I was fuming. So....I left. Never again will I go back to this establishment. Very unprofessional people. Ronald McDonald would not be happy!!!! I had to pick a star, but its really no stars from me!
They decide when they want to close every night and decide whether or not they want to open up the dining room on a nightly basis. IF you get them to take your order at the drive-through, they’re rude and never get the order right. Somebody from corporate needs to come and re-train this staff or find new workers.
Very quick drive-thru got the order correct even put the sauce in the bag for my McNuggets usually when I order chicken McNuggets they ask what type of sauce I answered them and I never get it in my bag
Drive Thru was extremely slow, employees were rude, and food wasn’t fresh. Waited an Hour and a half just to get to the window. Even after waiting so long the food wasn’t good.
No one would answer drive thru sat over 10 minutes, pulled to Window and guy said go around to drive thru, explained no one came, extremely rude!!!!!! We just left too much trouble.
Every time I go thru the drive thru something always is left out on My order and my food is never fresh and the shake machine is always down this is the one on 69south Tuscaloosa.
Sit in line for long periods. No progress. Missed breakfast. Many cars pulled off. Drive thru service is a frustration.
Love eating here. Place is clean especially the bathrooms because other McDonald's bathrooms are nasty but this store here is one of the cleanest ones and the staff are fantastic
Burger was cold on one end and tasted horrible. Had to spit it out. Fries were not cooked all the way and unsalted. You can just tell that the workers don’t care at all
No curbside pickup. Long wait time inside and for the drive thru even though it wasn't that busy. Food was good though
