Food was normal, but the wait was INSANE!!! we sat about 6 mins with only one car in front to order, then the wait to pay and actually get the food was literally over 45 mins!!! Thankfully we wasn't in a hurry or we probably would have drove away with that long wait at a "fast food" place.. .
Service is extremely slow. They always tell me to pull up and wait about 6 cars always get served after me they always forget about me. It's also time to update this place. None of the other McDonald's look like this

Cold stale food. Greasy cold fries. Fast food places are getting to be inedible.

16 minutes for drive thru service and my entire order was wrong….. Poor management and customer service
on June 13, 2022, I ordered (2) Quaker pounders wit cheese combo and a Filet-o-fish meal with 2 large Cokes and a small sweet tea. This happened at 1:53 PM. I explained to the young lady that I would like my fish combo in a separate bag from the other sandwiches. What I received was a mess! My small fry was upside down in the bag, and the two fries and a Quarter Pounder shared a bag. No napkins nor straws and we couldn't tell what the drinks were so we ended up pouring them out. This experience cost Me $26.58.

It took them 11 minutes to give me my order. All I ordered was a hamburger and a drink. Super basic cheeseburger is what I ordered. Exact. There was only like one person working there. I can't believe that any franchise McDonalds. Would let align get as long as it was when I got there. Or do their employees like that!
