I have to say, I had the best experience in 32 years with a McDonald’s today at this location. The lady at the drive thru window made my entire day. The warmth and kindness she showed is phenomenal. I will be back for my Coke and a Smile ?!
We went to McDonald's in Tuscaloosa, Al. & we actually enjoyed our meal . We had breakfast and employees were super nice. The place inside and the tables were clean .We enjoyed our b'fast .
This is the worst one,I ordered a number 4 they gave me a cold hard biscuit with cheese on it, I was gonna go ahead and eat it but I looked at it carefully before I got ready to eat it and it had hair on it,and it took about 30 minutes Just to get it,I'll never go back to this location. And if you are in a hurry don't go to this location.
Food was hot and fresh and staff was very nice. But I didn’t even have enough gravy to even wet my biscuit all the way. Would like enough to co eat my biscuit all the way at least.
The drive through went quickly, food was hot and served in a timely manner.

I haven't been satisfied with my order in a while but the day we went to this McDonald's I was. The staff were on the ball. The lobby was clean and there wasn't a long line to order. The food was exactly how we ordered it and it was freshly made. They didn't give us a half container of fries...they were coming out the top. Very pleased. Keep up the good work staff.
We got there around 12:15 am and left after 1 am, we ordered our food and got to the register to pay to find out they were only taking cash. We asked if there were alternate ways to pay, and were told to try mobile order, only to wait for 10 more minutes to discover mobile orders closed at midnight, so we had to drive off without any food. I’ve gotten used to the wait because of how often I’ve come to this location, but I wish we would’ve known they were only taking cash when we ordered after having to wait almost an hour for food. Normally I try to be empathetic given the times we’re in but this location has been notorious for a while now.
The store advertises online to be 24 hours, the sign coming into the restaurant advertises to be open 24 hours, the hours of operation on the door advertises to be 24 hours. I pulled up at 3 AM only to be told by the workers that they are closed until 4 AM. I don’t mind the store closing I just wish they would accurately advertise their hours. It wasted my time and most importantly my gas!
Arrived at 2:50 am and went to the drive thru. After waiting for a bit, I got no answer at the drive thru. I drove around to the window and discovered that staff was just standing around. When I asked if this 24 hour establishment was open, the team member rudely told me they wouldn’t resume service until 4 am. If this is the case they should remove the 24 hours from the sign.
