First off i would like to say the only reason I visit this Mcdonalds is because its close to my job. There is always problems here. Yesterday I got some food when i got off and the fries were cold. My burgers was fine but instead of giving me Hi-c like i asked for they gave me a SODA, like always!! The cashiers are rude and dont greet you, they dont say thank you when they are finished. The customer service is horrible. This is not the first time I have experienced this here.
Literally the worst service ever.I’ll give someone $10 if they can make an employee smile at this establishment.If your into rude experiences this is the best McDonald’s option for you!
Always clean and wel maintained. Employees we nice and friendly. The entire place smelled so good and cleaned.
Average for McDonald's the floor is slicker than goose xxxxx . When you use the same mop and water that you clean back line with the lobby ends up covered in grease . If shoes gets just a little damp and you hit that floor be ready . Or you gonna fall .
I guess customer service is a thing of the past. Greeted with "What do you want" and was second to her cell phone call. But there was no point in saying anything because the manager was also holding his phone having a conversation on speaker.
All these business need to update their closing times. Some say 24 hrs. Others say 1am. These people all closed by 12.
I was at McDonald's around 12:05 p.m. on yesterday May 18, 2022. I placed an order for 20 items from the dollar menu which included 9 hamburgers, 3 chicken nuggets, 8 cheeseburger , 20 fries, and 20 drinks all from DOlLAR MENU! The total was $116.00 when I questioned the cashier (male) he stated that it was the taxes. No Way! I asked to speak to a manager. I waited 10 minutes, NO ONE came to talk with me. Complete INCOMPETENCY. Not enough space to tell the entire story!!
Just left the 12 th street McDonald’s. Although it took forever to get to the window, the lady at the register was very nice. The young man in the pickup window was also nice but my food was terrible! My fries were cold plus… with pepper. Terrible!! My sweet tea was sweet at all. Wanted to take it all back but I know it’ll take another 30 minutes to get to the window. After paying 12 dollars that won’t happen again
Food was good and they got my order right (no onions, which is very important to me to get this right!). Wait wasn’t bad. My only complaint is I wanted to get curbside. I had a dog with me and didn’t want to leave her in the car. All of the spaces were full, the drive through line was super long and there wasn’t an option to let them know to bring it out to me without having having a designated spot (Chick-fil-A does have an option like this so I know it’s something they could potentially do). I just had to run inside and get my food and leave the dog in the car for a couple of minutes. I hated to do this but fortunately it didn’t take long and I was getting a burger for her so she didn’t mind too much either :)
Unfortunately I feel I was ripped off for right at 35 dollars.After receiving from door dash a shake was missing (yet I was charged).. Burgers and chicken nuggets were completely inedible. No sauces or even one napkin was included. Burgers were dried out hard and nuggets even worse. Over 30 dollars in food had to go straight to the garbage can. Ive always been a huge fan of McDonald's from childhood but this location seriously dropped the ball. My wife and are both in wheelchairs so simply returning the food isn't so easy. Better luck next time I suppose.
