Service is always so rude and the food is always cold especially the frys .They pretty much suck since Mr. Bobby left
My order was not right it was so bad I had to call the manager I felt. I ordered a fish extra tarter only I got 2 fish Pattie’s with lettuce tomatoes cheese no tarter. THAT WAS A WASTE OF FOOD I told the manager she thought I was going to jump on her but all I could do was laugh at the situation NO TAILING HOW MYCH MONEY HAD GONE OUT THE DOOR/WINDOW….
Edited to add: don't try to call to fix your order either. They must leave the phone off the hook because I always get the busy signal.I am just over this location. I avoid it when I personally pick up food, but when I order from Doordash or UberEATS, this is the location for my area. I have never not gotten all of my order. It's always missing something. This time is was two orders of fries and all of the condiments for the two 20 piece nuggets I ordered. While I appreciate the delivery services refunding portions of missing items, it's frustrating to not have enough food for my family, most specifically my three children, especially at supper time when there isn't time to fix it before their bedtime.All I can say if you order from the drive through, check all of your food before leaving. If you get it delivered, expect something to be wrong.
Went through the drive thru and ordered. By the time we paid for our meal it was ready for us. We really appreciated their quick service.
Hours online and on the store window are incorrect. Got in the drive thru line at 10:45. Everyone in the line left when no one would answer at the order box. Went around to the window to have a worker tell me they've already been closed for 10 minutes. They are not open 24 hours, or even until 2:00 like is posted on their drive thru window.
Window manager snatched my C. C as I handed it to her as though I did something wrong by asking for food there. The crew people were very nice. I know food service is stressful. I hope she and the others will have a better day after encountering me. Food was good. Just hoping that the manager has a better evening at work
That location should be closed. The food is horrible. We ordered 2 fish filets, the buns were hard the fish was cold. There was only a fraction of a piece of cheeze. You could not even tell that there ws any tartar sauce on it. The 20 piece chicken nuggets were hard and over cooked. I go there occasionally and the food sucks.
Bag was full of grease had to wait for the hashbrowns to be dropped and then they was so greasy and disgusting we couldnt eat them tried to even lay them on paper towels to drain them alittle but it was so soaked in grease it was ruined
They don't know how to take your order if you use the app. They don't care to fix it either. Why offer the app service if you know how to deal with it
Man can y'all ever get a order right?! We ordered a sausage egg cheese biscuit and a sausage biscuit they gave us 2 plain biscuits and then when we pull back around they didn't get it right for the 2nd time. then one biscuit had ICE in it, it was to cold to eat. We well never be eating back at that trash hole again. Rice mine road is the worst at service.
