Women's bathroom is out of service. My husband ordered a ham and cheese sandwich but was served a cheese sandwich. I ordered the BLT A+, with avocado but only had very little avocado on one side of my sandwich. Wasn't very impressed at all

The service was horrible, I ordered a Ruben, it was cold like a cold cut sandwich straight out of the refrigerator. Told an employee and was told that it was warmed up. Was never offered a remake or a gift card back or nothing so my food was paid for and thrown in the trash. I didn’t complain further because I felt it would be useless. I just will never return to that location!

Dirtiest toilet I have seen in years & it was 1130 am so didn't just happen. Food was good though

First time dining in McAlister's Deli restaurant. We were amazed by Food it might be little pricey but big portions, Their sandwiches, salad and soup were very tasty and delicious. Great and fast service the staff were nice, sweet and helpful, the restaurant was very clean. They have plenty seating areas outside and inside the restaurant, I like the atmosphere there we enjoyed our time. The restaurant wasn't crowded but I noticed that people come in and take food so I guess you can order food online which is great. Recommended!

First time. It wasn't crowded and the food came fairly quick. I had the salad, club sandwich and potatoe. They were ok. The tea/lemonade was good. There was free refills on drinks as long as you were dining in. The staff was pleasant

Cashiers were very friendly and professional. Our orders came out very quickly and was made as ordered. We will definitely continue to eat here .

The McAlister’s on 15th street in Tuscaloosa, Alabama is the worstI will not be spending anymore of my money thereThe customer service is horrible and they just throw the food together and don’t seem to care and this includes management downToday was the last time I will ever spend money at this location.

Great fresh food. Eat there.

Ate here years ago regularly. Moved on to Jason deli. Jason's is now filthy and lacking in quality. McAllister had really gone down hill in food quality. It showed in the lack of customers at weekday lunch. I guess all restaurants have been hit pretty hard. Sad there are so few options now in TTown.

It is very clean & friendly & we ordered soup & a sandwich. They were very good. We have ordered take out many times before, & it was always good & we never had any problems with it not being like what we had ordered.
