Outstanding customer service!!! Older man, I think, was a manager showed excellent managerial skills. Seated us comfortably in a booth big enough for us fluffy folks. ?Our waitress Dorothy was phenomenal!! Me, my husband and daughter got there late in the evening, celebrating my daughters 14th birthday and it wasn't crowded at all. She had the best attitude, super cute personality and made us sooo comfortable. Her and I talked about life experiences in between her serving us which was the best considering I'm older and she was so attentive and considerate and respectful. She was juggling more than one family and did it with ease and a smile. Ask for her when you visit. Oh and the food was hot and delicious. I only give 5 stars if they are earned. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Stopped here (5/13/2022) for supper while passing through the area. Excellent location and easy to get to. Plenty of parking. Draft beer ran about $5 (short glass), iced tea around $3. Main course ran around $15 and appetizers about $8. Our service was excellent. The food was good and filling. Hope this helps others looking in the area for a good meal.
Food was good. Piss poor service. 15 min wait for table (no problem), 10 minute wait for someone to take our drink order (people who sat 5 minutes after us had their drink order before we even ordered). We had to request the same things from our waitress 2-3 times because she was so slammed with next to no help. She was hustling and trying her best though. Meanwhile 4-5 staff members were just hanging around and talking at the To go station. The bar wasn't being cleared off. Dirty dishes around the entire bar that was practically empty. Just wanted to relax after driving for 12 hours, but received horrible service. We won't be back.
Very disappointed. My Mac & cheese was cold, the ribs were tough, and the tea tasted like sweet water.
Haven't been here in a while. Last experience wasn't good. Steak was not up to quality. But today we went and the Ribeye was awesome. Sweet potato was just as good as I remembered. Give them another try. You might be surprised.
Dear Mr. Logan, we waited 50 minutes for our food. And when my food arrived it wasn't what I ordered. And I didn't get a refill until after I was done eating. My mom said her food was good so I give 2 stars instead of 1.
Slow service, food was not good at all. Took an hour and a half to eat in a half full restaurant. Worst experience I have ever had at a Logans. Probably won’t go back.
This was the worst experience… for starters the waitress brought out unsweetened tea instead of sweet tea… ordered strawberry lemonade just to get lemonade. Food comes out which we ordered two full racks of ribs just to get portions of meat on a tray that looked like thighs of chicken instead of ribs.. asked for the manager to ask her about the presentation of the food and her excuse was they cut them up … I wouldn’t have feed that to my dog.. wish I would have taken pictures of it but I was so upset we just left… they need new management if what they served was presentable and edible … don’t even deserve a 1 star… stay away!!! Signed one of the ones that never complain.
Went there last night with a party about 15. My sister arrived around 4:50pm and was told a wait time of around 25 mins. After the given timeframe was up we went to check to see how much longer the wait would take and was told an hour and 25 mins. Confused as to why we weren’t told that the 1st time we spoke with a “manager” who did absolutely nothing to try to correct the situation so I requested another manager. Thankfully this manager had the proper knowledge and courtesy of her role and was able to get our party seated immediately and we were able to sit together which was important to us being that we were there to celebrate a birthday. Logan’s, when putting people in certain positions please make sure they are well equipped to handle situations. The first so called “manager” highly lacks professionalism, courtesy and respect.
I always have the most fun with friends here and they have the best steaks just the way I like them.
