Recent experience left my family with food poisoning!!!! Was told they only had 2 pizzas left so I said okay. They were turning away customers that came behind me. We Ended up waiting 15-20 minutes for “said pizza” that obviously was made with oldIngredients maybe?IDK.…love Little Caesars, but don’t think We’ll be going back anytime soon. Sometimes during the day they don’t have any more pizzas is what we’ve been told
This place is never open inside, no matter the time of day. I placed an online order, went to pick it up 15 mins later. Person inside was sitting down on her phone when I drove up to window. I’m waited at least a whole minute for her to get up & help me. She told me my order was not made yet & it would take about 8 minutes because I selected the “Pay at store” option, and also, my pizza would be thin crust because that’s all the pizza maker would be making, even though that is not what I ordered. Long story short, I did not buy & will never again buy at this location.
Pizza was good but they were short staff and closed the window to make dough. I did catch the person’s eyes and ordered. Just be prepared to be patient.?
They are not worth the one star but it won't let me do none. The women at the drive through needs to be let go she has no idea how to use a register. And then blames the customer. We will not be going back to this or any of the locations.
The manager needs to show up at the store to check quality more often instead of watching the cameras from home.I will not go to this place again.The 2 pizzas we got friday had raw crust through the entire pizzas.it was still gooey.They leave you waiting way too long in the drive thru and always seem unprepared for busy times.
Just got a pizza with hair baked into it, been calling the store and my call is being ignored. Absolutely disgusting!!!!
Hire some more people. There was only 1 guy working the whole store. He was giving it everything he had, dude was about to break down. Waited forever to get a pepperoni pizza. People were just leaving cause it was understandablly taking the guy forever to get to everyone.

Every single time we order from here online, they don’t have the order ready. It’s usually 35-45 minutes of waiting once we get there. We love their pizza, but this store is ridiculous.
