The weekday manager has an attitude and she's entitled but the weekend younger lady is nice. THIS PLACE IS VERY BUSY and the inside can only hold 2 two customers at a time. Parking is almost non-existent due to the drive thru line being in the way.
Food was out pretty quick and fresh but we had walked in to order because we had just came from doctors office. My wife had just got a migraine shot and drive thru had about 5 cars in it not a big area to pullup to there. So we just went in and placed our order and the lady at the counter was not a friendly person at all. My wife wanted to ask about the brownie cookie or something like that and wanted to know how big they were lady stopped looked very upset like this woman has the nerve to ask me another question after we had placed our order and she replied look thru the window behind her there they are and walked off. In back work area you can see them making pizzas but they were working completely in the dark my wife said to her something wrong with the lights back there the same lady scruffed out no its hot and walked back off. My wife said to me as we were out the door pleasant lady isn't she. I said might just be having a bad day my wife replied back , no she is like that every time i stop in , I said some people are just that way.
I have been a long time customer. Typically about once per week. I also purchase pizzas from the in bulk several times a year. Recently the quality of service has went down and they also charged me $27.40 for one pizza and one drink. They didn’t give me a receipt…which is normal for this location. I called the customer service line (they hung up on me after a 30 minute wait the first time) then when I did reach someone they said they had to pass along to the DM and he’d contact me. No one has reached out. And the no one was willing to help at the store level. I will not be using this company for my bulk orders or personal use moving forward. I’m also a Store Manager and I understand how customer service works and it’s amazing the lack of respect that they have for their customers
All i have to say is that i really don't like the pizza here had it once or twice and it is not that great to me but to each his own for anyone else only went here because i was riding with someone
Needs to cook the pizza slightly longer but theyre fast and friendlier than most fast food resteraunt in town. Good for a quick, cheap, bite to eat.
DO NOT ORDER IF CATERING FOR AN EVENT!!I preordered at 10:47 on the morning of my event for 11 pizzas. My husband went to pick up the order at 5:00pm which was the scheduled time. Order was already paid for that morning. When he arrived they told him the pizzas were in the oven. He waited 30 minutes and then asked if he could just get half the order or whatever they had ready as he was on a tight time schedule. He was informed they don’t do any type of refund. My husband continued to wait for the order of 11 pizzas. By the time Little Caesar’s WASTED 30 minutes of our time, our guests could not eat the pizzas in the reserved dinning area of the event in which we paid for specifically to eat pizza. We ended up throwing away 8 whole pizzas. My husband also missed over an hour of his sons party when it should have only been 30 minutes max.DOMINOS PIZZA IS BETTER QUALITY, SAME PRICE, AND THEY DELIVER. I WILL NEVER STRAY FROM WHAT I KNOW IS GOOD FROM THIS POINT FORWARD.I hope this comment saves someone else the waste of time and money.
Restraunt hours are posted and is supposed to close at 10:00. We arrived prior at 9:39 to employee turning away customers and locking door. Then the employee sat in her car for what I assume would be the remainder of her shift as we watched while ordering our Dominos.
It was good! A quick bite, but the first pizza u got was burned. I always get the next one. They should check hold times for pizza cuz if I would have went home I would have been so mad .
I used to have good experiences from this Little Caesars. The pizza was good for the price and there were no major issues. They've fallen off HARD in the last six months. I got an order a few weeks ago for the crazy meal deal (1 pizza, crazy bread, crazy sauce, a 2 liter drink) and received a pizza, normal cheese bread, and no sauce. I got a refund and assumed it was just a bad night.Well, I ordered again the other night and was so amazed at the poor service I couldn't do anything but laugh. I tried ordering two crazy combos so I'd have lunch for a couple of days. What arrived blew my mind. There was no crazy bread whatsoever. Instead, I got two soggy undercooked pizzas crammed into cheesy bread boxes. It was astounding. I've never seen anything like this before and I can't imagine what was going through the employees' minds. Get it together, Little Caesars!
When arriving at little Ceazers, I had to park across the street and walk over to the store. I always choose little ceazers when looking for a quick way to feed the kids, however that may soon change. When I walked inside the manager I believe (guy in orange shirt that was bossing and disrespecting employees) came to the front and told us something. I couldn’t really understand what he said. He was talking fast and disrespectful. Sounds like he said everyone had to stand 6ft apart. So we separated. Then he comes back out saying he wasn’t repeating his self that myself and the other white girl had to go outside or he was going to lock the lobby. When I asked so ur telling me that we have to stand in the 30 degree weather he said that or in our car. I told him I had to park down the block. He didn’t care. So me and white girl had to stand outside. He said due to covid but he wasn’t wearing a mask so that makes no since. So I went and stood outside. When it was my turn I went inside. To hear him in the back talking so much trash about me telling the workers he wasn’t repeating hisself with me looking stupied. I got my pizza and left very upset and mad..
