Excellent atmosphere, good food, great location, new management, potentially good setup and services
I live close to this restaurant so I decided to give it a try for my first time. I ordered for my fiance and myself for a Friday supper date after a long day at work. So I get home and me and my girl start eating. The chimichanga and burrito plate wasn't bad at all. After we both had a few bites of our supper we went for our chips and cheese dip. So far everything was decent until my fiance spotted a roach in the chip bag while I was holding it. I automatically squeezed the bag shut and got my phone to take a picture. When I called the restaurant and the hostess told me to send her the pictures and he would call me asap. So the next day, today, I messaged her phone asking if there was a reason he never returned my call? So he calls me about 30 minutes later. He says they spray 2 times a month but couldn't give me their name. I didn't call for a free meal, I called for principal. His words was extremely few without remorse and assured me that they don't have any bugs . So when I asked why they spray twice a month for bugs they don't have his reply was " have a good day " and hung up.I do not know this managers name nor is it important. He's rude and without any remorse so 5/20/22 is the first time I've ever left a bad review. Look at the pictures and reviews before you eat here. My next call will be to the health department. It's not about the meal , how I was talked to as a customer is disturbing. I have two houses and never had any problems with roaches before. I will definitely not be going back to La Gran Fiesta!!
I've been here a lot and it has amazing food.
I ordered 2 simple bean barritos it came out it looked like just a folded tortilla with nothing in it when I looked for the beans they were liquid like someone put them in a blender with milk until it was just bad I won't be back and it cost 17 dollars for them and a glass of tea
They have great service and price is very good and they have great tacos and other foods
Good food. Fast service. Good drinks. All around good place to eat.
The food is good. Nothing too special but the drinks could use some work. They are pretty rough. This is a great place for a quick lunch. For an amazing dinner out I'd look at other options. It's very basic but over all not bad (other than the drinks)!
Be warned they charge you 3% if you use a card to pay. I understand a card minimum, but to charge me part of your merchant fee with no heads up is pretty ridiculous. Bring cash, foods not bad, can't comment on service other than take-out which is usually a teenager who's never been properly trained to take to-go orders but the poor girls try.

Called to place an order and was put on hold and forgotten, i could hear them all talking about their weekend and all kinds of personal information! My husband drove there and ask them to please pick the phone up and take my order and the girl never apologized- just simply it’s all good! And then when i tried to place the order she continued to act like she had an attitude because we were trying to simply order takeout!! I was on hold for 37 minutes when my husband got there i was still on the phone- obviously they have no hold button they simply lay the phone down! But i do know all about their personal business now!!!! We decided against eating there!!
