I spent 33 dollars for 24 krystals and not one of them was warm! They were so cold that the cheese wasn’t melted! The drinks tasted funny! The only thing from my order that was hot and tasted right was the French fries. I want my money back! They didn’t even give me a receipt! This place needs new employees!
Very slow. Took 13 minutes to get our order. Ordered a 12 sack of cheese Krystals with 6 minus pickles. What we got were extremely cold to the point the cheese wasn't even melted and they had added pickles so they just picked them off. Good thing my granddaughter wasn't allergic. Plus the cashier with extremely long pink fingernails and long bright purple braids was rude. Not a thank you at all.
The sausage didn't even taste real. It had no substance. How can something taste like pure grease with spices added. Worst breakfast ever.
My wife ordered online and I went to pick up the food. This is about four hours before they close still plenty of time. When I arrived I was informed that they did not have chicken, fries, tots, pups, chili, or anything except for plain Krystals. Plain because they didn't have any cheese either. They said they could cancel my order since they didn't have anything that she had ordered.They charged me for everything. I'm currently having to dispute the charge to try and get my money back. Have messaged Krystals several times with no response. Just tear down the building and start all the way over.
I have Krystals that wete a lot better. The seemed to have been in back on a warmer for a long time. The main reason I like Kystral is the usually put lots of mustard, pickles and onions. It was like omly 2drips of mustard.There were about 4 working the drive thru p/u window, and took a long time to wait on us at the countrler!
We went through the drive-thru at 10 pm; they were fast, friendly and helpful. The food was hot and good--exactly what I expect from Krystal.
The drive thru worker has a horrible attitude. She was extremely rude in her tone when asked to repeat what she said. We left...refuse to do business with someone who hires these types of employees. She was "working" Saturday, May 7th at 4 18pm.
I mean, What can I say about this place. It's a quick bite to eat, fast food kind of place with employees that are gonna be a bit on the ratchet side, if you feel meThey might forget to pack half your order and then might catch an attitude with you when you go back for what you pay for. That's all I'm saying.
I'm not even sure why I go here anymore... Every time I go it takes 30+ minutes. Went a couple days ago and waited in line as per usual only to be told that the system was down when I finally reached the window. Today it took 30 minutes to get a #1 even tho there were only 2 cars in front of me.
