The doors are locked an hour prior to closing with 2 little kids running around inside. Waited at the drive through with no luck. Then knocked on the window to get service. The lady that helped us was so bothered to take our money. Never going there again!

Terrible food!!!!! For $48.39 nothing was hot or even warm a little bit. The Tenders meal was a waste,the tenders were old,hard,and tasted terrible.The biscuits were hard and cold,the mac&cheese was cold,fries cold, and this was dinner for our family after coming home from a hard day's work. Some care should have been taken for this amount of money.Jobs everywhere are shorthanded,I assure you that we wouldn't have mind waiting as long as it was HOT!!!!!.NO one can teach motivation,you have to care enough to be motivated and do the right thing at all times.The date is 6/22/22 ticket #1314 restaurant#J310023....GOT TO DO BETTER ASAP!!!!
Great service and food. Our cashier was the only cashier there she was doing the drive through and walk in. I wish I had her name she was great.

Only the drive thru was open. We ordered the 8pc dinner half original/half extra crispy. They only had dark meat which was fine but the crispy chicken was hard and dry when we got home to eat. Almost like jerky. Didnt bother taking it back because we lived almost 15 minutes away. I can't blame the manager because she was basically working alone. She was very professional

I usually like KFC food alot! This is my genuine review about KFC fast food restaurant in USA in general, I've tasted KFC food in different countries it tastes much much better than this! Im not sure if it's the meat, oil .. Or the way they cook It doesn't taste as good as KFC should be, there's something missing .. I've tried different locations but their food tastes the same. KFC is a famous fast food restaurant their food and services should be much better, I noticed that they have bad reviews about food, service in different locations I hope KFC staff is gonna take this seriously and they will start making changes and fix it. I wish nothing but the best for them and looking forward to taste their food as good as every KFC should be.
