Food was not fresh tasted old fries was had and cold
I came through the drive through. It was close to closing time and the food was great. The young man at the window was very nice and apologized for the wait.
Bright & big sitting area with flowers. Loved my lunch with mashed potatoes & slaw!
So im guessing this kfc start closing around 3pm something now..because on May 27 I pull to the drive thru set there almost 6 minutes all I heard was the speaker grinding before that I see atleast four employees sitting down inside one walking to his car so I know they seen us go around..so I pull up to the windowno acknowledgement at all..three vehicles were in the parking lot..all im saying they could've came to the window and said sorry ma'am we're closed right now or for whatever reason.. jack Marshall wouldnt stand for this from what I hear..
We waited a hour so they can stay outside
They don’t know how to process a gift card. Simple.
The chicken was cooked in old grease so it was horrible but the staff was exceptionally nice.
There are a ton of negative reviews but apart from the wait, its just another Fast Food place
I'll gave them 2 stars because I've enjoyed eating here in the past. It's been about 4 months since my last visit. This review is about their new chicken sandwich. So I was very anxious to try their new chicken sandwich advertised on TV. Chic Fil A and Slim Chickens are both very good and priced at $4 . Popeye's is on the list. Yesterday (10/20/21)@ 4 PM, I went to KFC on Lurleen Wallace (ticket #1062). The line was wrapped around the building. I was hungry, so I waited. Usually when a restaurant is busy, the food is the fresher. I ordered a regular and a spicy chicken sandwich.Immediately after receiving my order, I parked in the KFC parking lot to eat. As I picked up the sandwich, I could tell something wasn't right. There was no steam coming from the foil bag and the sandwich was room temperature. I wanted to exchange/return, but the lobby was closed and the drive through waiting line was even longer. I could only eat half of one sandwich and wished I didn't. I felt bad for about 2 hours after eating.I worked at Wingzone for several years. I drove, ran a shift, and cooked. If I wouldn't eat the food, I wouldn't serve it. If food was near room temperature, that means it is too old to sell. I anticipate the cook at this KFC dropped too many pieces and it sat for 45 minutes plus. They could have at least dropped into the oil for a few seconds to warm it up. This tells me that the employees here don't care about the competition.I've never eat a chicken sandwich here again.
Got charged $7 for 2 small sides .did not get the extra bisquits I paid for. The cashier was not very nice. $30. 2 pot pies, 4 pieces of chicken and 2 small sides. Drove all the way across town to go to that location, very unsatisfied .....
