Rude as hell terrible customer service like every other fast food place . I sit in the drive through nobody ahead of me 10 mins they made me wait and I left! Terrible service ! F——— hire people who actually want to work
This is a good place to get a sub sandwich. The price we paid for our food and drink came to 30 sumthin dollars. But other than that I give it a 5 out of 5.
Very understaffed and not really fast at all. Pick another location.
Last night we had a sad experience here. We ordered two sandwiches, got home and neither were correct. We were not given a receipt but when we came back, we actually looked at it and one sandwich was taken down correctly, the other was not. We were a little inconvenienced with having to go back but I feel like we were very patient with the staff. The employee who took our order however argued with us about what we ordered and what seemed like the manager, rolled their eyes at us. At that point we were actually very frustrated and disappointed because it was such an easy fix! I hope next time we are treated a little bit better and the staff is more cautious about their reactions to minor mistakes as well!
Last night was my first visit. They seem irritated that I stopped by. I can tell that they didn't want to take my order. Didn't say thank you are anything. I visited store # 3621 at 7:36 p.m . I not be there again.
They claim to be “freaky fast” but yet it takes a phone call and 30-45 minutes to get your food delivered less than 5 minute drive away from the store. I would from here own out go to the store and order through drive thru instead of the app. Stop claiming to be freaky fast if you are going to mess up a costumers lunch.
Did order pickup. Got there , went to the register, and no one acknowledged me. The crazy thing was that it was two people standing at the register. After they finished looking at receipts, they looked at me and still did not say anything. I had to tell them I was there for pickup. They gave me my order and still didn’t say anything. Just looked at me as though I was an inconvenience. Customer service was not good at all.
Every time I order from this place they charge me for things but don’t add them to my sandwich. Ridiculous
Sandwiches were good but my issue was w me making an order online to pick up on a Monday night at 745pm and it went through at 706pm... I sat in parking lot till 8 waiting for the tracker to say it was ready and still not. If they are claiming to be " freaky fast" then why can't they get an order done on time on a Monday night? It will not stop me from eating there but I probably will not be making orders ahead and just driving up and ordering, then they are normally fast.
First time in store. Staff were helpful and fast. Great flavors. I look forward to returning and trying more.
