The sandwich was well put together a customized in my taste
I requested for my GIANT sandwich to NOT have onions on it (I don't eat onions because they make my face itch). They put onions on my sandwich anyways and wouldn't give me a refund when I requested one.? I most definitely would never recommend eating at the one located at McFarland Blvd.
First time in America, so I wanted to try something american, but unknown in my country, and something that is not xompletely trash food. And I wasn't disappointed. Nice sandwich with a lot of fresh vegetables. Really great.
love some JJ’s, however tonight I did not. Pulled up and woman could not understand a word that was said, i understand bad headsets but it’s always like this here. Ordered 2 sandwiches (she even offered to cut the giant in 1/2) and 4 kickin ranches. she repeated order back absolutely correct to how we ordered. so tell me why there was no ranch in our order and the sandwich was not cut. She didn’t put on the ticket to cut in in 1/2, even tho she repeated it to us “giant cut in 1/2”. also, didn’t put the ranches on the ticket, but repeated 4 kickin ranch. 15th street would never.
Ive had no issues, very fast delivery and food is good.
Got a BLT sub. The bread was as cold as if in the refrigerator,the bacon was ice cold and 3 tiny pieces of tomato. Worse sub I have ever had. I could not even choke half of down
Made an online order about 30 minutes before leaving work (I stayed late waiting for it) and 1 hr later the online tracker still didn't say it was done. I walked in and asked how much longer for my order and it apparently had been done "for a long time" but they never made it clear to the customer that it was done so it sat on the counter for almost one hour....
I usually order once to twice a week from this place in the app. Busy day today and their pickup line long. Went in to pick it up. Don’t know how else I could have done their job for them except make the sandwiches. Had to ask for a drink carrier, extra bag to carry out the chips. They don’t pay attention to the orders. Male staff playing with his beard around food, another girl playing with her braided end of her hair. Disgusting. I can see why they are asking to hire. Spoke w manager and she clearly didn’t care that I’m not going back. Stated they didn’t put napkins in for “health” reasons. Well, I’d start with the people playing with their beard and hair in the food line first. This isn’t the first time this has happened which is why it’s now being said.
I ordered delivery less than an hour ago my order is wrong lol. I ordered a veggie and got a turkey sandwich. I ordered a side of the ranch didn't get it and no straw with my drink.
Food was great! Service, it was good but they're need to speak up . Hard to hear them . Other than that , good .
