It’s amazing!!! I love it and it’s deff my new fav spot!! The staff is super friendly and the food was perfectly fresh and prepared beautifully!
I would like to say I just ate from you all and it was my very first time eating here and the coworkers went above and beyond for my family and myself. I would definitely like to say, “Thank you sooooo much to Ms. Abby for being so amazing.” My son is highly allergic to tomatoes and I asked her would she change her gloves. I would like to say not only did she change her gloves, she removed the tomatoes from the surface until she was done preparing our food, she wiped down the surface and place down sandwich paper to help protect my son. My sandwich, which was the number 8 without tomatoes it was soooo delicious to the point my family is calling others to brag about it. Thank you soooooo very much Ms. Abby you’re awesome and so is your team members. Jersey Mike’s Subs is now my go to sandwich restaurant and I will be bringing you all more customers. -Ms.Shawnquitta

Food is cooked fresh for you each time, super friendly staff, and they make one tasty cheesesteak. One of the best spots for a sub in all of Tuscaloosa. Good work!
My husband and I placed an online order for two mini subs. We’ve had Jersey Mike’s before, so the taste and freshness was as expected.What I really liked was seeing the owner or manager walk in and help his staff. You could tell they really worked together as a team because all of them cheered when he and his wife walked into the store. Then, he walked behind the counter and began to check in with his team. I like to see managers who really take care of their staff. We’ll definitely be back!
I was in no hurry to eat the veggie sub sandwich, I had ordered a hot one, and ate that one first. Today, I decided to eat the cold one which was suppose to have been a vegetable sub but, what you see in the photo is what I received, bell pepper and provolone.No more.Jerseys from Mike for me....
I went in to get a sandwich with my registered emotional support animal in my arms and was harassed by the employees (Brittany and Steve, if they even gave me real names) about his registration status and how he was not allowed- I asked the employees if they knew anything about service animal laws and they did not, and they were invalidating me and my disabilities in the process. Their attitudes and harassment sent me into a panic attack (…I have a service animal to prevent this from happening) and I wasn’t able to physically even order a sandwich. Extremely disappointed in their discrimination of people with hidden disabilities.This place is NOT disability friendly. I have never once- in 6 years- had any issues bringing my dog with me places. Shame on you jersey mikes.
We dropped by for a DELICIOUS Philly Cheese sandwich and it SERIOUSLY WAS. The staff was all very helpful. Clean. Thank you. We will be back again. The bread was fresh and the steak with cheese was AWESOME!!!
