7:25pm on a Saturday and the lobby is closed!?? Tried to call the phone number and was disconnected. Jacks is USUALLY one of my favorite spots. Wanted to let a manager or GM/owner about my disappointment...
Went in to order something to eat. The people in front of us were taken care of but as soon as we walked up to place an order, the lady walked off, didn't acknowledge us or say I will be right with you. They looked at us but never took our order. So few minutes waiting and just walked out. Worst lservice. Don't go here! I'd give a zero if I could! Flies everywhere too
I do not send reviews but I felt the need to. I just needed dinner for my family..I went inside because the drive thru takes so long. My experiencewas horrible. Only customer there; after waiting was acknowledged by unfriendly person.& acted like I was bothering her: ordered chicken snack but they didn't have any and it would be 30 minutes; angrily adjusted my order was incorrectly charged at first then no comeback sauce! packing made my coleslaw leak.where is my compensation?
Cashier’s rude she wouldn’t even open her to greet the people as they came in . A customer order came up she didn’t say anything to him . She look at me to get his attention. I greeted her with a smile and asked her was she having a day ., she shook her head replying still said nothing . I told her we could tell, it was 3 others and all basically had the same nasty attitude……I stop going to this location and tried 69 south . 69 south location not any better, the drive through associates came to the window Willie holding a conversation with her coworkers , while disregarding her drive through customer.What happened to good customer service????????
Nice folks at the drive-thru. Went in later in the day and the inside staff were just blah! Didn't speak even when spoken to. The food was great.
The hash browns tasted like old grease couldn't eat them so it's like throwing away money that I can't afford to do. Breakfast wrap was good just really small.
The manager was great! He and his crew had the restaurant clean, the food was fresh, and the service was great! We drive through often, and it will be on your list of stops now!
I have NEVER had a good experience here. Ive tried it three times within 4 months. Twice i couldnt get waited on. After standing at the register tonight for over 20 minutes i left. Just like several other black ran buisnesses in the Tuscaloosa area, servive is very poor toward whites. This is no acception. I will never beg anyone to take my money. Trust is lost and i dont reccomend this place to anyone nor will i ever return
Breakfast use to be nice and fresh but now seem like they just throw everything together. Those hash brown be sooooo greasy, I have to throw them away!! I can't keep giving money to a restaurant that doesn't see nor care how greasy the food is. I'm not the only one for sure...can't say all Jack's are like this but this one for sure!
This place is the slowest “fast food” place ever!! Always attitude from employees! You can tell they love their job! Don’t order grilled chicken extra 10 min wait! Poor service!!
