I used the drive-thru. I'm not sure if they were short-handed, but it took me about 20 or so to get to the speaker & at least another 20 mins or so from the time I ordered my food until the time I received it. My food was hot & fresh when I received it but it took too long to get it.
I order a burger, I hear sorry no beef. I said how about one of those fish sandwiches? Sorry no fish, all we have is chicken. I looked at the freezer maybe I'll get a scoop, nope no ice cream. This store is constantly out of things, flavor for the iced coffee, liquid creamer for coffee. Was not happy at all on my visit.
I have dined at this restaurant from time to time since 2019, and I must say, within the last few visits this year I have noticed a significant improvement in customer service, management, order speed/wait time, and overall atmosphere of this Jack’s location. I only leave reviews when I feel it is warranted and after my wonderful recent visit at this Jack’s I just had to come share the love in review form. I tried the new cheesy bacon chicken sandwich and couldn’t have been more satisfied, try it if you’re a chicken sandwich fan, your tastebuds will thank you. In conclusion, I was treated like a valued customer at this location and will, without a doubt, be returning for more soon.
I specifically said I wanted three cheeseburgers so a combo 5 and an extra burger and some Ranch!Not only did they forget the ranch and just gave me comeback sauce but completely didn’t put my third burger in the bag.
Do not go to 69S, Tuscaloosa, waited about 6 minutes watching them and not one person offered to take my order or even acknowledged me. They were not short staffed either, I left after 10 minutes
Well ordered chicken stripes with fries X 2 they messed up the oder in front of me I heard the woman behind me oder she order one tea one lemonade I ordered one coke one sprite what do you think I got? Tea one tea one lemonade I don't know what the woman behind me got because they had already messed up two ordered lol.
Food was great. Not what I ordered, but it was still good.
We rarely stop for burgers because most places aren't as good as they used to be. Jack's is a rare exception. The hamburgers are tasty and the fries are exactly what I like. Jack's is our go to for a quick meal on a trip. Many years ago I met the founder of Jack's Hamburgers.Who remembers their great jingle ?I do. I wish they were still fifteen cents.But at least they are still really good.
Went through the drive thru, had 9 cars in front of me order 4 sausage biscuits and a platter. I was back in the road in 7 min
Very nice polite man waited on us. Little slow getting food but it was delicious.
