Bad , wrong order one day , tell me to come the next day to get it corrected. When I get there the lady had bad move. I know I had chicken with my meal , but they gave me pork and I have high blood pressure, so I don’t eat pork. So I guess they don’t care if I die or not. Wasn’t great service at Jacks at all. If you don’t want to work don’t come to work.I’m really upset.
Any time I go after 8pm for a milkshake, there is conveniently always an excuse. This most recent time it was “the ice cream is too hard to scoop”. I’m at a loss for words at how lazy the workers are
7 plus ppl was working and it took 30 minutes to get fast food. My local dine in Mexican restaurant is faster than that. However I do tip my hat to the 7 plus that showed up to work. Food was good though
This place is great very clean well organized! Good Food, Good service the Staff is very friendly, kind and sweet. we are definitely making it regular
I'm not familiar with Jack's in general but as a fast food place this was alright. Service was good. Food was good. No complaints.

I just received 1 peice of thin wimpy looking peice of bacon. A tea spoon of grits eggs and gravy. I've never felt this bad about Jack's service ever. It's not good. I don't know what to say
Worst Jacks I’ve ever been to: they close early terrible service. Every time I go after 12 pm the staff is rude and they forget something in my order.
Drove through for breakfast. Took food home. Bag had oil leaking from it. The Potato Tots were floating in oil that penetrated biscuit wrappers & outside bag. Went back to store & took bag & tots. Asked for Manager. Lady came up & we explained. Her response: I didn’t serve them like that. Duh! You served them in an oil soaked bag.
Ordered honey BBQ wings and I received Buffalo. When I went in I was told I ordered Buffalo. Will not be going back, not to mention the 20 minute wait in line to order.
