If I could rate it 0 stars I would .. cookies were awful … tasted like old sink water.. I was thinking are they cutting back on all the ingredients it takes…. Disappointment
Awesome cookies and great they have crazy hours and delivery, but the prices are a bit on the higher side for a cookie. I enjoyed this place when I was in Tuscaloosa for graduate school and am glad they are still doing well!
Just received my delivery. Very disappointed with the "3 scoops" size. It fits in a 6oz cup for $6.25. Horrible representation of what you get for the price. Wish I could get my money back. Not worth the price. Will not order from again.
I have literally become obsessed with these cookies! I think they are the best in town! I usually get them delivered through postmates but everytime I visit the store, the staff is great! I recommend to everyone!
I’ve visited twice so far and had great experiences both times. Staff was super friendly (even when it was busy) and the cookies, brownies, and ice cream were all amazing (friends shared so everyone could try a bit of each). Perfectly baked cookies that are still nice and chewy the next day! Brownies with rich chocolate taste that seems higher quality than the average store-bought brownie! It’s pricier than homemade, obviously, but so worth it when you want to treat yourself. The store smells like bliss when you walk in, and the variety of cookies was awesome. Personal favorite was peanut butter cup.
So this was a really wierd experience. After getting passed the police barricades on the Strip, maneuvering past a fight between two guys, it just was not worth it. They were out of everything! Literally everything. I don't eat chocolate and they were out of everything I asked for. Like 5 different things. The menu is not that big. And on top of everything THEY DO NOT EXCEPT CASH. Which I started to just walk out at that point. But after going through such trouble to get there I tried the cookies. They were good. Crunchy but soft. Was it worth it? Absolutely not. What if all I had was cash on me? I won't be back to this place. Well until like 3 years from now when they go outta businessman something else goes in there.
If you like homemade cookies, this place is for you. They have many different kinds such as chocolate chip and mint, chocolate chunk, macadamia with white chocolate to name a few...good to see a small business that works this hard to make a business worthwhile.
I placed an order for my son’s 19th birthday two weeks in advance and the cookies were NEVER delivered. I requested a 3:30pm delivery time and received a text at 1:30 am that they were out for delivery, which made NO sense. And then I received an email survey asking how my experience was. That will be filled out immediately. I was finally able to get through to what I thought was the store but it was customer service in Indiana. She couldn’t get ahold of the Tuscaloosa st

Being 10 hours away, we put our trust in you to help make his 19th special and you blew it.
Very good! The only thing I would change is that I was overlooked because I’m small, but I am a college student just like everyone else. The cookies were good! But definitely had to wait a little while to be noticed/helped
