This is definitely the WORST Hooters I have ever been to. Ordered a burger with bacon. It came to me with 2 pieces that, at best, were 1.5 inches long. The person at the table next to me apparently asked for all the bacon the restaurant had. His looked amazing. I asked the waitress why there was so little on mine and she said, "That just be the way it come." My wife's salad had stale croutons and the waitress did not bring the dressing. She passed by us 3 times and we tried to stop her, but she ignored us each time. In fact, she went and sat at a table with a male customer and socialized until my wife, who had had enough, went to that table and told her what she needed. She told my wife, "I'll get it in a minute." Finally, she brought a small container of dressing. Then she said, "Is that enough? Cause if it ain't, I'll sho get you some mo." (Said with an attitude.) Additionally, I like my fries to be a bit over-cooked and asked for them to be made "extra crispy, crunchy" and she said, "ok". Did they come that way? Not even close! More like soggy. I've been to MANY other locations in Florida where I used to live and had told my wife hiw goid the food was and she wanted to try it. This was an embarrassment! If you are a Hooters fan, stay away from this one!
Waited 30 minutes (or more?) for our order to be delivered (with only 3 tables in use, including ours, why so long?). To top it off, two of the three wing sauces we wanted were not available and we didn't find out until well after the order was placed (seems this should be known when the order is placed or, at latest, when the kitchen gets the order). Manager knew of one of the sauces not being available, why not the server? There were other issues, but these are the major ones. This is the 4th time in the last 5 visits where orders were messed up one way or another. Sorry to say, this is our last trip here, maybe any Hooters, not sure.
Appetizers for anytime! Listen, I know everyone had their own reasons for going to Hooters but as for me, I go for the appetizers. If you ever want something filling, delicious and budget friendly; please consider this place for their teasers. I had the fried pickles and they filled me up. Trust me, you have to go get these teasers!
We had the nicest waitress today! We was there around 11:30 this morning and sit on the patio. She was super sweet . She is someone all businesses should strive to have in a employee!
Beer tasted uncarbonated. Chicken sandwich had a very jerky sensation. Our Alyissia was amazing!!! Other waitresses didn't follow dress code. I probably would look for another if I were to visit again.
Bri at the bar is an awesome worker! Very quick and very helpful to the whole restaurant. Will eat again.
Here we go again. Only Hooters in the area and we like the taste so we come here. We wish there were others because the service is just horrible. We stood at the door waiting to be seated. Nobody came up to us to sit us. One table had 2 Hooter girls sitting there on their phones. Another table had girls talking to guys.After being ignored, my wife and I went and sat down ourselves. Again, nobody came and helped us they just walked by us. So then we went and sat at the bar and finally got service there. Where we sat in the bar was sticky with what appeared to be dried up soda so we had to ask for it to be wiped down so our arms did not stick to the bar. I just don’t get how management allows this. We have complained about the same in the past. There seems be no accountability here for the employeesEdit to above review, I have left 2-3 reviews here of the same issues. However, the last 2 times we have gone, it has changed. Nobody sitting around on their phones. The waitresses have been on point. The manager always comes by and asks if all is ok. We have definitely seen a positive change here. Definitely seems to be more accountability

The food was great for what you would expect. The service was good. My coworkers (male & females) had a good time.
