Cannot ask for better service from manager and Crew this is by far the best customer service and burgers I've ate keep it up guys y'all awesome
So I decided I want to eat on something different in Tuscaloosa so I went to Five Guys. I ordered three burgers meals and the total amount was $89.00 dollars my face ? wait what nevermind I cancelled the whole order. Never going back
So at first I was skeptical because of the price but my daughter wanted to go for my Mother’s Day outing. The service nor the food did not disappoint! Cook to order, fresh and extremely filling. This burger challenges the true homemade burgers from appearance to taste. My daughter says the fries are are current new favorite.
Five Guys never disappoint. At this location, the staff are nice enough and the food prep is good.I wish they would clean the soda machine screens a little more regularly, as well as the bathrooms, but otherwise we'll kept.My only complaint about the food is the bacon. We got burnt pieces of bacon in our last trip but they were so busy we didn't complain.
The food is always good here and the employees are great. I give it 4 stars because of the price. $17 for a burger and small fries and small drink. And that's before the 10% tip. Cajun fries are awesome and they do give you lots of fries.
Food is always hot and fresh! Try getting your cajun fries fried crispy! This is also the only place I'll eat a cheeseburger from.
I always enjoy the food and service here. Never have any issues. Today 2-19-22 at 2:47pm was a little different. I was 3rd in line and I notice the cashier (Sharon W) was standing at the register on her cell phone. The guy in front of me walked up to order and she looked at him and put her hand up telling him to hold on. We both stood there as she was talking on her cell phone. Once she was done, she then started taking orders again. That was frustrating but that is the only time I have ever had an issue here. I do recommend this place
Worst hamburger joint I ever been in. I got a burger, spouse got a small burger, a medium fry, ice tea and a milk shake. $41.00. We could have went to Logans, got steak and spent less. Ridiculous prices. We won't ever go back. The place was nasty. Tables weren't clean.

Way Overpriced for what you get, 30 minute wait but first in line. It was $16.47 for a single patty hamburger w/one slice of bacon with small fry and small drink. I could go to a nice steakhouse for that kind of money!
