Inconsistent. I eat here once a week. Some days you can get a sub in 3 minutes. Some days it’s 20. Some days, the drink machine works, but it also may not. Staff will make a sandwich for themselves while customers wait.Just now, a customer returned his sandwich for the second time due to the order including an ingredient he was allergic to, despite having specifically ordered it without.Three stars for sandwich quality - service is lacking.
I've ordered from here so many times and they normally do a good job, but today was just awful. My sandwich was put into a bag and stood up on its end instead of lying flat. This shoved every topping to one side so that half the sandwich had nothing on it. It was just empty bread.
Why does the sign on the door say it closes at 9pm, as well as online, yet when I try to open the door at 8:27pm it’s locked, and the employees just look at me. At least update your hours so no one makes the mistake of coming to a closed establishment.
Subs are good, but you have to plan your entire day around your 1 order. They excel at being the best at slow service. Took 25 minutes to get my order on a not very busy day. Service is super S—L—O—W. Don’t come here if you can’t make a day out of visiting here.
honestly you gotta come here, employees constantly complain to each other about nonsense instead of working. their maximum output is like a sandwich every five minutes.that being said, food is standard.
Very very slow, expensive. The food is very good. They still put a lot of meat on the sandwiches just be prepared for a Long wait

This place was just ok. The soup was really good, but the sandwich was pretty meh. I was expecting more meat on it, or at least more flavor. There are better places for subs in the area, with faster service too.

I’ve been waiting for 20 minutes for a sandwich and there is no line … I still haven’t gotten it. there’s 3 workers I have no idea what they are doing. Don’t come here if you’re in a rush at all, expect them to take 30 minutes to make a sandwich
