Bread dough was not thoroughly cooked. I ordered 2 pizzas for the children and one threw up, other wouldn't eat. I didn't look at them until I got home after the children ate
Absolutely lousy service they refuse to answer the phone and when they do they hang up time for a change in management at this location its becoming a frequent problem with this location
Hot, fresh and ready when they said it would be. I don't know what else you could ask of them.
We waited an hour and then I called the store to ask if they’d keep the pizza there so my husband could pick it up instead. Was told the pizza was already in the car. We waited another 30-40 minutes before the pizza arrived. It had clearly been sitting under the heat lamp and was completely dried out. Tried to use the online link to submit a complaint and it it keeps telling me the order hasn’t left the store yet. I will never order from this location again. We live maybe five minutes away from this store. Either they are understaffed or poorly staffed.
Delivered my pizza cold they forgot condoments they said they would bring them but pizza was already cold by the time they would come back pizza would be in the trash . thanks Dominos $26 down the drain thanks again...
Might want to avoid this place with all cost, Called the manager and said pizza, parmesan bites, and chicken bites were all cold, and he told me “well there’s nothing I can do, You can bring the pizza back and I can refund it but that’s only thing” That’s great customer service!!! took over 1 hour and 20 minutes to get it delivered when expected delivery time was 30-40 minutes. Yeah, I’ll never order from here again.
Really bad service. Way overpriced for what I got for “specialty pizza”. So disappointed in the Domino’s on 69S.
Add said 7.99 for 3 topping large, but 1 was 9.49 and 1 was 8.59, whats up with that. Love there pizza but dont lie about the price!
