It depends on the day and who is working. Service and food quality are never consistent. The last order I had was burnt and cold. When I contacted the store, the employees acted as though I was bothersome. My children love Domino's. If not for them, I'd probably stop visiting for a while. Hpefully, they will get it together one day.
Worst experience ever at a Domino’s. I placed my order through the app. I was watching the tracker and it said “complete.” I walk in the store and they said, “oh, we’re running 40min behind.” What??!! Why on earth would your tracker go all the way through the steps of prep, bake, someone’s checking it, and it’s complete if it’s not going to be done for another 40min??? Totally unacceptable! Get it together Domino’s on Skyland Blvd in Tuscaloosa!!
Folks are polite, friendly and professional when I go in to pick up my pizza which I have ordered online. I am usually in and out of this store in less than two minutes. It is within about 10 minutes of my home.They send some great coupons to me. On top of that, their Extravaganza pizza is always good. This store is a win, win for me and my family.
Pizza came 1 1/2 hours after ordered then look it had done shrunk wrong size pizza we got a medium instead of a large cold no extra toppings that were ordered management girl rude kept saying we only have 2 drivers tonight but it seems to me if it sit long it needs to remake because the heat lamp not holding temp very disappointed may not return again HORRIBLE and my son had to stay up to eat Very upser
Although they were extremely busy, my pizza was extremely good and the workers were friendly and hard-working. It's not your fault that you don't have the workers. Thank you for staying.
Rudest people ever. They canceled my order and didn’t even tell me. The app said my order was delivered and it never came. Kept calling and no one answered. I had to come all the way up to the store at 12:40, the woman that answered the window was super rude and said they canceled my order and threw out the pizza. We asked if we could reorder and they said they were closed even tho they close at 1. It was only 12:40. She then slammed the window in my face.
So aggravated! We are in town for work and are staying less than a minke from Domino’s and it took over an hour and a half to get our food just now. When it was finally delivered they didn’t even have our pizza!! The driver went back and came back the second time with our pizza and it is COLD and HARD!! Not happy at all!!
Dominoes has really got better than before... ever since new hires their work has gained my respect to come back...
My pizza showed that it had arrived on the tracker, despite not having been delivered. I tried to call the store to get an update, but no one ever answered. My order arrived 25 minutes late. This food isn't even edible. The pizza and bread all taste like old grease, and the brownie is burned. Still
Well, Dominos was a favorite of mine to order from, but because of the pasta bread bowls. I can’t believe they discontinued them. Have to find a new place.
