Great place to eat. Everything was good from the customer service to the actual food. My lady was throughly impressed & we've def be back.
We were pleasantly surprised by this steakhouse in Tuscaloosa. We have gone to some of the finest steakhouses around the world and the steaks we had here were some of the best weâve ever had. The service was excellent as well. We will definitely make the drive over from Atlanta to visit this place again.

This is our 2nd year going to Tuscaloosa with our son for college. We have heard that Dillards was fantastic and we were finally able to get a reservation. The bartender was great and introduce us to a bottle of new delicious wine. Unfortunately, once we got seated the service went downhill. The food, once we got it was delicious but our waiter seemed to either be very busy or just not attentive. 2 small things but sort of representative is we ordered a beer that was delivered to us after a long wait in a bottle. Normally no big deal but when you are paying $70 per meal I would think that a glass to pour it into would be an option. When our food was brought to us we asked for our water to be refilled. After finishing our dinner the water was still empty and when our waiter came back he did not even recognize the issue. I realize with Covid there are staffing issues but when you are expecting a certain type of service with a certain cost of a meal there should be ways to figure it out or don't book as many tables. After trying to eat here for over a year to say we were disappointed is an understatement.

Took the kid back to college. We have tried numerous restaurants in T-town. This is our favorite so far. Finally a well rounded restaurant where the food is fresh and not bland, deep fried, smothered in butter or previously frozen. Will definitely go back.
Server was amazing! Cocktails were delicious! Restaurant was modern,clean and overall ambiance was great! Food was mediocre. Chilean sea bass had several bones and was not cooked properly in the center. Broccolini (which was regular brocolli with very thick stalks) was so salty I couldn't eat it. Husband ordered ribeye and baked potatoe and he said they were 8/10
This meal was the worst I have ever had. Chop house has been declining for a while now and it officially hit the bottom and we will not dine their again. First my steak ordered medium for it very raw sent back came back chared tried to eat it couldn't. The risotto was bland messy and was not a risotto. Awful.
Customer service excellent. Our waiter, Bailey, was outstanding.
Kelsey did an outstanding job. Very sweet and accommodating. Does a great job.
