ordered a soft chocolate ice cream cone and two ?when got to window I saw a vanilla cone i don't complain so I said it ok just give it to me paid started drive away no spoons wife went in got spoons while in she complained to person inside she smart mouth said well soft chocolate was broke down my thing I order from drive tru she could of told me that I would been fine but they didn't guess I be going out of my way and go to sonic thanks dg
Somebody really turned this place around the last time we were there they just ignored us and wouldn't take our order but now they are right there with a smile as you walk in the food was great and the one girl who took our order was sweet as can be ....great job guys!!!!!!!

This is the 2nd time I’ve ordered from this store. Last time was bad, this time was worse! The photo below shows what my cburger looks like! I will not eat this .
The worst hamburger I've ever ordered dairy Queen used to be a lot higher standards than this you hire people don't care that's what you get but I will never be back to this dairy Queen that wasn't I wouldn't have had that to my dog
The staff welcomed us in and we were joking and laughing.The food didn't take long to come out.The food and the sundaes were delicious.
We were enroute from TN to Selma and Ritas Ice was closed. Wanting ice cream, we drove 3 miles out of the way to go here. We went through the drive thru and ordered turtle pecan cluster blizzards. We paid quickly (around $11.50) and the cashier told us to follow the car in front of us. From there we waited another 10 mins while I wached a couple of guys (one wearing a mask, one not) bringing ice cream cups (not in bags or anything, no tops) out of the front door and handing them to the cars in line. We finally got our order, I started eating and immediately noticed that the pecans were OLD and tasted rotten. My husband said the same thing. I tried to eat around the pecans but it was hard, as there were small pieces grinded in. So disappointing. A complete waste of money and calories.
It had been a long time since I've eaten at Dairy Queen but I'm glad I did. The service was fantastic and the food was hot and the employees were very respectful. Would recommend it anytime.
The employees don't listen to your order you have to repeat yourself 5 or 6 times and they make you pull around and wait for 10 mins just to bring you the wrong order every time worst place ever
