Whew ? worst pickup experience I’ve ever had! The girl with the braids that was handling my order gave me the food bag without part of the order. I told her I ordered chips and queso, but it’s not in the bag. I thought maybe it was an accident. Nope, no accident. She said oh… we’re out. She didn’t offer a credit for the missing item or anything. She just mouthed off at me under her breath. I just got off work after a 10 hour day and definitely didn’t need that foul experience. I wasn’t rude to her and I didn’t raise my voice at all.
My first time dining here. Love the atmosphere and to food was delicious.
The over-all experience was horrible. The staff was rude and didn't care about my customer experience. I was told that I could not order a quesadillas unless I ordered online. I informed them that I have NEVER had to order quesadillas online at Chipotle. The worker had a bad attitude, and was totally unprofessional. The manager was of no use and lingered in the background offering no assistance! The restaurant was also filthy! This location needs a complete overhaul.
We normally love Chipotle, but this location was very disappointing. With only a few people in front of me, I didn’t think it would take long for me to get my food. 20 minutes later…They were completely out of several items and temporarily out of (cooking) others. Look at the picture and see just some of the empty containers, then look at the stack of dirty containers in the background. Most of the employees appeared apathetic and certainly weren’t hustling. Watching their actions made me conclude they just didn’t care.My chicken bowl had bottom of the container charred bits scrapped into it and the queso container was only filled halfway. The girl who checked me out was friendly and apologized for the wait.
I drive through this chipotle location half hour before they close to get a bowl of steak which is my favorite.. I was impressed the service was fast even though there was a line I actually got a really good bowl, the steak was soft and tasted amazing all the ingredients were there very fresh and tasty.. the employees were nice and friendly! I'll be visiting more.
Just don’t do it…especially not at night. They hardly ever have chips or anything at all. I’ve given this location way too many chances, but this last attempt took the cake. My boyfriend and I order online for pickup from this location a few months ago and never got our food. We’re still waiting on it until this day Lol After arriving, nothing but chaos. I may have waited over an hour in total for food only to walk away empty handed. They couldn’t find the receipt for our order. I was told to write down what we wanted (sketchy) thinking it was about to be made but NOPE. I waited several more minutes but then noticed all orders from people who were waiting in line (those who didn’t preorder) were getting filled. I marched to the counter asking for a refund but couldn’t since it was on my boyfriend’s card. It was a traumatic experience
I went in yesterday afternoon and the service was amazing! The staff was friendly and even though they were busy I got my food pretty fast. The girl who was making my bowl was the sweetest. Her name was Shay and she was the best, you could tell she really cares about her job!! The other person who helped me (her name was Rosa) was also great! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!
I just left this chipotle location on McFarland. I was paying with my card, and I thought my eyes were tricking me. I thought I saw a roach. I shook it open. I moved on down to the drink Machine and I saw 4 babies and 2 slightly larger ones. I left my food bag on the counter by the forks.
I worked late and wanted some Mexican food on my way home. I’ve never been to Chipotle but thought I would try it. I walked in at 930pm and they don’t close until 10. I was greeted with someone shouting at me that they were only taking online orders. So I went to my car, quickly did an online order and went to checkout and of course no pickup times available. I walked back in and was told they couldn’t help me.I guess I can go another decade or three without eating at Chipotle!
Chipotle isn't my choice of food. The other day I went in for a pick-up order. I didnt get his name. He's the short black guy that wear glasses on night shift. That man needs a raise. If he's not a team leader/manager already. He deserves it. I can tell he was aggravated because he was the only one actually working. I mean working by not slow poking with a store full of customers. Through it all he smiled laughed and joked with the people. Yall need to give that man some help. Someone who can match his energy. That's how u lose good workers. Working around lazy people. Or just better teamwork. I observed the other 3. I noticed the guy in the grill area wasn't really doing anything. He could have came to the line and helped. But that's just me. I guess some people don't think the same when the store is in a rush hour
