This place was awesome, the way the team of workers get together and greet you, is the way I love starting my day off.
Food was cooked well,fresh and hot.Nice size chicken.Sandwich looked appetizing not just slapped together and throwned in a bag.They ask what condiments you wanted.As they handed drinks out the window they said which flavor it was you didn't have a to guess which drink was whose.Love Chick-fil-A.
As usual the food was good and they were very busy. My frustration comes from not getting what I ordered. They ask you what sauces you want and how many...I get to the table and unpack the items from my bag and none of the sauces are included, even though they are listed on my receipt and on a sticker on the outside of the bag. I had to go up to the counter to request my sauces. My husband ordered a chocolate shake and received a vanilla shake instead. So back up the counter I go. I spent most of my lunch break waiting on things at the counter.
The worst chikfila experiences I've ever had by far. Staff is very rude, entitled and unaccomadating. Not to mention incompetent. Will never tithe another dime for "the lord's chicken". Just go across the street to zaxbys or slim chickens if you want chicken. This place is done. Yall are nothing but corporate PIGGIES. ?
i order a chicken sandwhich meal and i ordered a large fry they gave me a small fry in a large thing , i wasted my money thinking i’m finna get more fries by getting a large combo i got less
I haven’t really had a bad experience until today. The line took far too long, both lemonades ordered were disgusting and upon opening mine, I discovered a hair. Gross!! All drinks have been disposed of. Waste of time and money.
Botched an online order leaving a few members of my party with nothing to eat. Would not deliver the missing food, only willing to let me come pick it up or give me a refund. One sandwich prepared with wilted, brown lettuce. Not going back.
The staff was nice. The overall experience was ok. The food was either old or overcooked? Not the quality I am used to from Chik-fil-A
Not up to Chick-fil-A standards. Dirty ladies bathroom. I had to go back to the counter to have them find my milkshakes after we had waited a long time at the table.
amazing service ALWAYS ! staff is so friendly. and on the rare occasion my order is messed up they always go above and beyond to make it up to me ! i love this location !!!
