HORRENDOUS service specially by the manager. My order was given to us wrong and when I went back to ask them for the salad I was missing, the manager asked me to go back and grab a sticker SHE had removed from my bag because they didn't know what the person that took the order entered. When I told her there was no sticker because it was removed by her she said well we didnt charge you for the salad because they forgot to add it (plus we were never given a receipt for our order). Then I had to go back to the car for the 3rd time to get my credit card to pay for the salad THEY forgot to charge (why in the ..... would I went through the drive through in the first place????!). I live in Texas and this has NEVER happened there. Worse experience ever of this location.

I think they were training so I give a 3. We did not get oart of our order. The staff seemed stressed, which also adds to my. Belief they were training. Chick-fil-a is still great.

I am passionate about very few things in life but I am passionate about hating this chick Fil a. Now I’ve been to an impressive amount of chick Fil as, and this one is by far the worst I have been to. If you want your food in thirty minutes or less, order some pizza. This food is anything but fast.And it might not even be the employees’ fault. The location is just set up terribly. I believe it was a former bank and was not set up great to be a fast food restaurant.Now there are some real positives to eating at this establishment! First, it will teach you patience. Second, you will eventually eat probably. Third, you will have a significant amount of time to chill in your car and listen to music. But if you’re not into those things, perhaps go to the Olive Garden right next door. Sure it’s a sit down place, but you’re sure to get your food much faster and get the added benefit of breadsticks.I love chicken sandwiches as much as the next girl, but I also love feeling peace and not involuntarily thinking terrible things upon a building. I wish constantly for a roach infestation or something to shut this place down so a less infuriating business can take its place. Tuscaloosa would be a better place without it.

I love the food at Chick-fil-A. However, when I got my food the fries were cold. Immediately, I went back to the place and told the young lady that my fries were cold. She gave me another medium fry with hardly any fries in the container and they were cold!!! I was furious but I decided I will not go back because of this experience.

Has to be the dumbest people I have meet. I thought McDonald's was bad but they take the cake. Ordered 4 meals and only got the fries. So I go back and ask for my sandwiches so my wife and kids can eat. The lady that took my order came to me and asked what was wrong and I told her I was missing my sandwiches. A few minutes later the manager came to the window and said so you were missing your spicy deluxe sandwiches and I was like yes. We will have to have the receipt to give you sandwiches so you get the right order. I didn't say what I ordered to either but they knew cause I was just there 10 minutes before. So I go back to the house and on my third trip back with the receipt. Which I left with the fries so my kids could start snacking at least. I get back and one of the kids that was swiping under his breathe said even Walmart won't give you your money back without a receipt. And by the way yes they will but you'll get get a gift card so you spend it there. All I wanted was to feed my family after a long 15 hour day and I had to add a hour of this disrespect to it.

Took my little brothers to Chick Fil A this afternoon. I was clearly holding a toddler & ordered him a kids meal with milk & my other brother wanted a 12 piece with a sweet tea. As i walked off with the toddler, i had my other brother grab the receipt and change. As we waited i told my brother to grab the toddler his milk. He comes back with 2 milks and i asked him why he had 2 milks. He said the cashier said i told him to give them both milks, but the receipt clearly said sweet tea. As I'm looking at the receipt i noticed i was rung for two 8 piece meals. I told the cashier my order was incorrect & was trying to get it fixed. At this time i only got the milk & sweet tea. So then he comes back with the food & says they can't fix it. So i ask for a manager. The manager comes to the window with a kids meal & then tells me "here is your kids meal. We can't give you the toy and ice cream tho" WHATS THE POINT?? HE IS A TODDLER!!! So i say no, i want the receipt corrected and the difference of my money back. She says they can't do that because i got the food. I never left the window and took the food anywhere!!! So basically chick fil a 00494 was willing to give extra food (that was not wanted or needed) but couldn't give me my money back?????? And actually refused to give it back???? I told them to keep their kids meal & I'll be calling the GM tomorrow

My family and I had some errands to run in Tuscaloosa. The fam wanted Chick-fil-A and this was the closest one to us. I figured after 2 years it was worth giving the location another try. I regretted it almost as soon as we got in the Drive-Thru.This is primarily a drive-thru location, they do have Windows, that I presume you could order from, but I've never seen anyone use them. There's no dining room here.The drive-thru was very backed up. I know we sat in line for at least a half an hour before we received our food. When we got our food it wasn't all that great. The breading on the chicken nuggets almost peeled off because they weren't cooked long enough. The chicken was cooked thoroughly but the breading was soggy.The staff were friendly, if slightly inexperienced. Our order was correct this time. I don't want to go into too many other details but was a very unpleasant Chick-fil-A experience. Last time I said I doubt we will ever go to this location again. This time I can say, with finality, I will never go here again.They did have a huge thing going for them, from the Allen's how to rate a business book. It's the reason I didn't drop a star. I used to be the manager of a major department store and the cleanliness behind the store is usually an indication of what it looks like on the inside. One of my photos is of the back of the restaurant. You can tell from the photo that the facility is aging but there's no garbage on the ground or in the corners. Good job there guys!I know that this location does not reflect all CFA's. There are three Chick-fil-A's in my hometown, approximately five or six miles from one another and they are usually spot on.Approximately 2 years ago as of June 2022: The order was incorrect. They actually forgot to give my wife her food. I doubt we will go to this CFA again.

Worst Chick-fil-A ever! They are insanely slow at this location! We've sat for over 30 mins in the drive thru and still haven't ordered. The bad part is, the way this drive thru is made you're not able to leave! So we're literally stuck here until we've made all the way through. We Will never come back to this location!

Genuinely the slowest CFA I’ve ever been to. I spent almost 30 mins in the drive thru and there were hardly any people in front of me. They fail to use the two lanes properly. Just overall a bad experience which I can’t say about any other CFA I’ve been to. Thought franchise owners are supposed to work full time at their establishment. It’s clear The owner of this Chick-fil-A does not care and or have their priority’s straight

I've been to several chick fil a's. This is the first time I've had a really bad experience. Drove up, young lady was leaning on the tent pole. I sat there long enough to wonder if she was on break. No hi or anything. Just said name. Gave her my order chicken sandwich combo, 12 piece nuggets meal. Told her to make the drinks and fries large. She said drive up she'll, another young lady, will take you money. The whole time, no smile, just I don't want to be here attitude. Paid, this other young lady, she was in good humor, hi, how are you your total is.... thank you for coming. Next... my turn at pick up. Small young lady. Turns her back on me and the young man at window, asks my name with a smile. Then tells me to pull up my order isn't ready. Not much of an area to pull forward. Waiting for meal not really long. The small young lady brought it to me. Med. And large Lemonade. Told her I ordered 2 large, she said they charged me for a med. Turns and walks away. Fries are both large so I don't know where the mix up came from. But to have attitude and backs turned to me and her walking away even though I was polite (no yelling or cussing). To top it off, fries are cold and greasy which I've never had that from them. Wound up throwing away fries. Lemonade is lukewarm not a bit cold. I'm going to wait until my Northport station is back open. They are great to their customers!
