Our team had dinner at Chang's Chinese Restaurant last night - all new dishes for me and delicious!

The portions were huge. Restaurant closes between lunch and supper at 3pm. But you can still go inside and place your order or over the phone. They also have a menu you can scan with your phone.

Prices up, food quality down. If you're going to make major changes to menu items please update photos/descriptions of food on restaurant and delivery service menus to reflect those changes and new ingredients. It really sucks to spend money on food and have none of the dishes turn out to be what you expected and thought you were ordering. (Imho you guys should change at least the sweet & sour shrimp back to original, you had it right the first time now there's nothing to balance out the greasiness of the fried shrimp)

This place is just..okay...and a bit pricey. I tried it once when I couldn't get to Mr. Chens but I think I'll stick with my little hidden restaurant inside the cultural market. Chens.Chess.. meh... MR. CHEN'S= best authentic cuisine I'm Tuscaloosa. Thank me later!

When ordering take-out from this place always check it before you leave. On 3/14/22 I ordered the beef and broccoli and paid extra for 6 added shrimp. I also requested that there be no other vegetables. I was assured, rather rudely, by the cashier that my order would be correct. When I got home the dish included carrots and only 4 shrimp. The rice was over cooked and there was hardly any brown sauce. I was disappointed in the service and very dissatisfied with the food.

Great Christmas day meal! Very generous servings and very good service. Only complaint was long time waiting for food, but we had a party of 9 following a party of about 20, so kinda understand on that. Lots of food brought home so we'll enjoy this meal more than once. Merry Christmas!

Called at 9pm and asked what time they closed. Lady said they'd be open till 10pm. arrived at 9:10 and there were 2 guests still eating and she rudely said they were closed.

Food was NASTY could not even eat ! Called to them to let them know the problem and she yelled in the phone to call door dash customer Service. Will not be eating here anymore they got a one star because the tea was pretty good . Everything else tasted off and spoiled .

Just finished lunch there. On the plus side I ordered kon po shrimp and added snow peas and broccoli. Taste was very good with enough heat to know it’s there but not overpowering. Also ordered eggrolls. On the minus or negative side Eggrolls we’re not very good. Tough. Other negatives include soy sauce, duck sauce and spicy mustard all came in plastic packages on the table. Not a good quality. Also major negative for me was the utensils for eating. Cheapest thinnest plastic utensils I have ever seen. I ask for a metal fork to eat my lunch with and was told metal utensils were for family that were eating their lunch while working. I don’t believe I will ever go back.

The hot and sour soup was good the egg roll adequate but the Mongolian beef was like shoe leather and that’s being nice. I complained to the server and she tried to tell me it was just cooked differently. I asked her to check it out and she would not. The place was empty at 12:00 pm. Now I know why. If you want good food don’t eat here. Worst food I’ve ever had. I gave it two stars for soup and egg rolls and potstickers. Which they didn’t make.
