They are an outstanding place to eat in or take out .They are busy all the time. I personally love their fish & devil crab. I suggest you visit them and enjoy what some of you may have missed.
Wish I could share a good experience and had one. Maybe they are short cooks but the wait was long. I arrived a little after 1 pm. I took a seat at my table and noticed the place was almost full and only one couple had food. The food was good! I hope they can reopen the Skyland location.
No forks, just spoons limited tartar and cocktail sauce. Out of white fish, Mac and cheese coleslaw. Ice and Dr pepper and diet. Everything served To go. Tartar sauce served at room temperature setting on counter. Health valuation.
Our cashier Laquadria was very helpful. They were getting ready to close the lobby but took us as her last customers. She also helped me to use my card since they didn’t take Apple Pay and I physically didn’t have my card on me but had all my info for her to type in so I could purchase my meal definitely A1 customer service
Went tonight and this place need to be fixed it sad when you first walk in and the MANAGER and a cook is fighting really and I payed for I think five shrimp Skewers and didn’t get them at all and my whole meal was cold
Sunday lunch. Food was great. Had catfish plate but they had no catsup. Wanted fried okra but they were out of it. Went for a self serve tea refill but the container was empty.
Needs better cooks okra, fries, and fish half cook. Should have left when a couple had to return their food 3 time because of the food was under cooked. Y'all gonna kill somebody.
Rude employees. One cashier lady older from skyland store has a very filthy mouth and rude to everyone. Food wasn't that good.
I have eaten at different Captain D's, but this one game me the worst dining experience of the all. My friend and I ordered okra and fries for our sides. The okra were soggy and the fries were dried out. Horrible!!!
The Staff greets you before you get to counter to place order. Makes you feel "we're so happy you came & what can we do or get for you? " The food is Hot & tastes " Delicious" & the prices are "Great for Choices " I'll continue to be a Customer!!
