Absolutely awful and for over 40 dollars for 2 burgers and fries the food was disgusting. Cold and undercooked. If we get food poisoning the manager of this location will get the bill. How disappointing, you ask for extra crispy fries and you get soggy cold fries. The staff looks at you like a deer in headlights when you ask for your food to be hot . I do not recommend burger fi . Save your $$ and get a real meal at a local bar. Disgusting and disappointing! If I could give it a 0I would have. This franchise sucks!

great food, really high prices, and nasty to their employers. You better watch out Burgerfi me n my lawyer are coming for you.

I went to Tuscaloosa to work for a few days and found Burger Fi which I was very happy about it. I tried the wagyu beef and brisket burger ? ? that thing was perfection on a bun! Staff was great and the restaurant was very clean! Definitely going back to Burger Fi next time I'm there!

Went out on a limb and decided to try the Beyond burger, which is a veggie burger, and the Truffle style fries…absolutely delicious! My only criticism is that it was a little cold but good even then! Fries were good and totally hand cut. My favorite burger at the moment…and it didn’t even have meat in it!

It was yummy! But it is pretty expensive. My husband and I went for lunch and spent $34 on cheese burgers and fries. The fries just might be worth it though...Side note: Their tables all have giant rust spots from not moving circular table markers when they spray and wipe it down.

I ordered 2 burgers and a regular fry they gave me to cold burgers I’m guessing the meat was already because the cheese wasn’t even melted now you would think as much as the burgers are they would cook them fresh. If they where customers they would want their food fresh.

Great fries, but my burger was just average. Got a single bacon cheeseburger. Bacon was overcooked, cheese was still cold and not melted. Patty was pretty small and pretty dry. I've honestly had better burgers at fast food drive through type restaurants. And for the price ($16+ for a single, fries, and drink) there isn't much to come back for.

3 out of 5 orders were incorrect. This made our experience start out bad. Fries were probably the best part of the meal. Way too expensive not to get the orders right.

It was a fine February evening when I stumbled upon BurgerFi. On arrival I was greeted by a pleasant staff and an accommodating menu. I yearned for a taste of America's great classic: a burger and fries. I decided I wouldn't settle for anything less than the best this establishment had to offer and ordered the pricy CEO burger. Unexpectedly, I was greeted with the option for a "Cry and Fry", a side containing both onion rings and fries. I placed my order and sat down to wait. The response time was average, just under a ten minutes. When my food arrived, I was happy with the appearance. Giant golden onion rings sat atop the fries with traces of potato skin all nestled nicely beside a gorgeous burger. First I delved into an onion ring. Despite the nice appearance, the flavor was lacking and left me searching for something more. I next moved to a fry. Like the onion ring before it, the fry's appearance did not match it's taste. They were overcooked to the point where the potato turns from crispy to brittle and lacked sufficient salt. Disappointed, I moved onto the star of the show: my CEO burger. The aroma was succulent, daring me to take a bite. I clenched the burger with both hands and dug in. America was built on the beautiful creation of a burger, and this bite sent the national anthem through my brain. Very good. Soft, warm bun caressing tender and juicy wagu beef smothered in truffle Aioli. It was red hot freedom on the 4th of July. I recommend only getting a burger and skipping the sides. Also, there was pee on the floor in the Men's bathroom. 3 stars.

It's a really good looking store, really good looking food. It tastes pretty good, but not something I'd go out of my way for. My meal felt pretty overpriced for what I got, but with this company being eco-conscious, I guess that's expected.Service here was really good though! That warned them a whole star more than I'd usually give them!
