This experience borderlined on painful. I ordered salt and vinegar wings with orange chicken sauce on the side on line. My order was wrong. The wings were naked. No sauce, no salt & vinegar seasoning. I called the restaurant, the girl who answered the phone asked me what was wrong with the order? I tried to explain to her what was wrong but she cut me off mid-sentence & said, "bring it back, we will make you a new order." I brought the order back. The same girl who answered the phone asks me what was wrong with the order? I said, "As I tried to explain to you on the phone the wings are completely naked. They are supposed to be salt and vinegar with a side of orange chicken sauce. " She cuts me off again & says, "so you just need the sauce?" I explained for the 3rd time what the order should be. She takes the bag from me, comes out of the kitchen 2-3 minutes later with the orange chicken sauce and the SAME WINGS (AND FRIES) dusted with the salt and vinegar and hands the bag back to me. So much for re-making my now 80 minute old order. Thanks B-Dubs! $40 down the drain!Perhaps you could also mention to your employees, instead of waiting on their turn to talk, they could listen??? Chances are, they could get people out of there much quicker??? Since it seems like that is their ultimate goal.
The food is really good. Right now there is a bogo on boneless wings that makes things even better. However... the service sucks. The last 2 times we have been, we had to get up and search for someone to fill our drinks. Food has been warm.
Loved loved loved the food just took longer than expected.Look out for the happy hour from 3-6pm it’s select drinks not all of them.
Best visit I've had in a long time! The All-american Cheeseburger tasted like it came straight from grease heaven it was so delicious!!! The wife's wings were so good she kept having a hard time choosing which flavor to eat from. Highly recommend this location and the waitress Faith! Faith was quick, attentive and professional!!! She deserves a bonus and a raise! Wish I could post pics of the food
Wings, cheese fries and beer were good. Wait staff was very courteous, friendly, and attentive. I would go back for sure

Shay/ lil bit was a great server ! She was very nice and her customer service was great. She made sure our food was good and cooked to perfection! HORRAY SHAY /LIL BIT ☺️
The food was good and as expected. Our server was Ivan. He was amazing his demeanor was extremely pleasant, and he was attentive enough to keep our drinks full and needs handled, but he wasnt intrusive or overbearing. He is ab awesome enoloyee and super polite!
The ONLY reason I am giving this a 3 star review is because of Frost, Abbey, Drew and Preston. I have been a long time regular of this location and it breaks my heart how down hill this store has gone. I would like to start a petition to bring Simone Nichols back!!! The atmosphere has been god awful since CC came. It really is a shame. The fact that NO employee including managers when they are OFF the clock are not allowed to sit in the bar and eat or drink with friends is absolutely ridiculous. I came in tonight and there were THREE people in eating at the bar area and 1 person at the bar top. During dinner and durning and Alabama Basketball game. That right there should tell you what you need to know. Something needs to be done about this location ASAP or you might as well just close the doors. #bringsimoneback
Excellent bar tending by Drew , Frost , Abbey, and Brittany , and the servers are all fantastic ! The managers , CC, JJ , and Preston are all very customer friendly , the food comes out in a timely manner
