Delicious lunch - attentive service while on visit for bamabound. Great drinks and french toast sticks were a favorite of entire group. Highly recommend - we will be back.

Visited here Sunday June 23,2022 with my family to celebrate my sister’s birthday. We had a 45 minute wait due to it being 12 of us and the place being crowded. The staff was friendly the owner held our cake that we bought in in a safe place until we were ready for it. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. I had the mimosa trio, SBC omelette and fire roasted grits. The grits were okay, the omelette was absolutely delicious! The mimosas were fresh and they were delicious as well, not spectacular but still good. I love the atmosphere and overall cleanliness of the restaurant. I sampled the fried green tomatoes and bananas foster other family members had and they were both delicious. I will come again and would certainly recommend Brick and Spoon to anyone looking for a fun laid back clean place to eat with good food that’s not overly priced.

We had a great experience during our visit. Our food was good and the wait time was perfect. Paula was our server and she was kind, patient, and friendly! We have found a new place to brunch in T-Town!

By Top-Rated, Google Maps means Over-rated: I went last Sunday and ordered the French Toast Sliders. I was disappointed because what I got was just French bread with butter in between it topped with blackberries and blueberries whipped cream and syrup. The bread was not toasted or what someone might consider French toast. It was raw and cold. The service was great though. The presentation for the food was nice, but not at all French toast. It was my second time eating there. I was not impressed the first time I went either...

I sat at the bar for brunch on 6/26/2022. The food was great, but I'm writing to call out the server, Laura W (according to my receipt). Her service was ON. POINT. Though she was super busy serving the counter and (eventually) bartending, she went out of her way to make me feel welcome. Friendly and engaging, attentive but not overly so. I arrived a bit before the start of Sunday liquor service, but she took my drink pre-order and delivered my Bloody Mary at the stroke of 10 a.m. Even asked me if I wanted a water to-go when I checked out. Service has been so negatively impacted everywhere by Covid, sometimes it's hard to remember the impact a pro server can have on your meal. Laura W delivered.

Food was extremely good and service was excellent! Felt so welcomed

The shrimp and grits and parm truffle fries was overhype from social media... I drove up from Birmingham and the food was okay. I had better shrimp and grits from Big Bad Breakfast. There was no Southern kick in their grits! It was missing the flavorful butter/oil compared if you went to Jacks and ordered some grits. Overall dry grits with a garlic tint. My truffle fries were dull and cold. Disappointed for light drizzle of Parmesan and no other herbs when it’s suppose to be truffle fries! Also, fries were cold when brought to my table. Look at the upper right corner of my picture. Fries were such a disappointment.

amazing veggie omelette, great service and atmosphere.

Great food (had the French toast sliders and the King Creole Omelet) served fast and our server Colleen was awesome! Very attentive, checking back if we needed refills, etc.. and she also answered the many questions we had since it was our first time there! We will definitely be back!

Our group tried several of the menu items, and all were satisfied. Quite a variety on the menu, with breakfast, brunch and lunch selections. The breakfast wrap and eggs benedict selections were quite good. Patty melt was ok. Service was very good, and prices were reasonable.
