I wish I could give a 0 star for the experience that I have had at this place. I’m originally from Atlanta and came to visit a family member and decided to stop at this bojangles. That right there was my worst mistake yet. This manger Alison, or at least that what she told me, I’m not sure if she gave me a fake name or not. But she was not only rude to me but also her employees. My order wasn’t fully correct but it wasn’t a big deal to me so I asked if she could fix it and she proceeded to ask me “why?” I told her it wasn’t what I paid for, so she looked in it and said “well you actually got more then what you paid for so you should be happy”. Then she proceeded to get mad at an employee at the register when she didn’t even make my food !! Like if you want to get mad at someone get mad at your kitchen line but not the person who took my order and actually took my CORRECT order. I feel bad for the people who have to work with her and might endure this type of thing everyday ??♀️.
There were 5 people with headsets on and no one could speak up at the drive thru for me to even hear them taking my order. When I finally said “hello” I was yelled at to pull around. Rude customer service and I won’t be back.
Allison is very disrespectful as she treats her girl workers horribly and lets the guys do whatever they want. Mistreating a specific person and that is very much racist and she is to need to be fired. Why would y’all have someone who is does such things. Get your selves together!!!
Terrible service and rude employees. Take your money elsewhere you won’t regret it. I will not return to this location.
I thought I had picked taco bell to review it, not bojangles. Sorry I don't even remember going to bojangles when it says I did like 6 days ago. So if I don't remember something 6 days later, it must have not been very memorable either way, good or bad. It must've been somewhere in the middle but forgettable. Sorry lol
Rude, doesn’t let you finish your order before proceeding to tell you the total. When I continued my order the lady proceeded to say “oh my god” ridiculous!! keep in mind I had TWO things in my order
I have always come to this Bojangles a lot for my favorite steak biscuit since it is super close to my house, but I just pulled through the drive thru a few minutes ago and ate about half my biscuit before I realized the middle of the biscuit was not completely done! It was still RAW DOUGH and this is a big concern for me because I am pregnant! Bojangles, please cook your food thoroughly because you don’t know who is consuming your food. Such a disappointment and will not be coming back to this Bojangles.
The food was fine, but my rating is solely based on the people working the drive thru. Any questions were rudely and impatiently answered. At one point, my order was over and total was given while I was still actively giving my order. The experience was aggravating and very annoying. They wonder why there's only one or two people in line, if that.
My bf and I love Bojangles but the people that work there need to pay attention to what a customer orders and give them the correct order. And for God sakes if we ask for extra sauces give us extra I don't care if we have to pay for it. But don't ignore your customers request. If I ask for regular chicken fingers don't give me the spicy tenders. Giving me the wrong order is unacceptable. Do better Bojangles we still remain faithful customers.
There food is very spicy ???? and for me it's too spicy. And based on that, I cannot return to the store. But if you love hot and spicy chicken sandwich then here's your store!
