Great place for pizza in Tuscaloosa. Highly recommend. Very nice people and very helpful. I had an online order go wrong and they were so nice and helpful to resolve the issue swiftly.
My three friends and I went in around 1:30 to grab some pizza. The guy taking orders said he couldn’t take any orders “for a while” in a rude tone, meanwhile there was nobody in line. Very upsetting… Happy Easter?
The staff is super nice and are very helpful for new people with questions. Yesterday, I asked one of the staff about unsweetened tea, as the urn was empty. He apologized and said, “Let me make you some more. It’ll just take a few minutes.” He brewed fresh tea as he also stayed busy with other tasks. The tea was excellent and very fresh! I love the keto crust. It’s not at all greasy and is delicious. I love being able to see the toppings offered and make selections as they create your pizza. I’ve been losing weight, but was having intense cravings for pizza. I researched places with low-carb crusts, found Blaze, and am so happy to have a healthy choice for pizza. The first time I went, the young lady told me they also have a cauliflower crust. They do have only limited salad dressing offerings and only had Caesar yesterday, so I didn’t get a salad. But the first time I went, the balsamic vinaigrette was excellent!
One word, "yummy"! I enjoyed the half salad half custom pizza option, the serving size was perfect for a person watching their weight. The prices were not bad at all, fed 4 for under 60 bucks. The young lady who made my pizza was pleasant and patiently answered all my questions concerning the topping options. The crust was a great texture and light tasting. They'll season your pizza, added salt and herbs but should have slipped the salt because the toppings had enough. I'd certainly recommend trying them. Great experience.
Service is horrible. They hardly even acknowledge your presence. This is what my pizza looked like when I got home. Completely drench in the balsamic glaze. I asked for a drizzle. Do not recommend at allI contacted customer service as well. By the looks of the previous google reviews, it seems as if the owner only responds to good reviews despite multiple bad ones. Which I have to say are all spot on, after my experience today. So not expecting much from management at all. Don’t waste your money here
Good pizza but absolutely terrible staff. They have no sense of urgency and just stand around taking to each other while they have a long line and tons of orders waiting. The worst employees I’ve ever seen. Hire some better people.

Still, they went above and beyond to make me an absolutely delicious pizza, one of the best I’ve ever had in my life. If you’re in Tuscaloosa, forget stopping by one of the standard delivery chains — stop by Blaze and let these gentlemen make you a real pizza!
