awesome , staff attention to detail was crowed so sat at the bar the barmaid was awesome !!!! so was the hostess ..... loved fried green tomatoes and chicken bites !!!!!

We walked in on a beautiful Sunday afternoon, our 1st time dining here. We enjoyed chicken bites, absolutely delicious and fresh! I added garden salad along with our appetizer, it was also fresh with good presentation. I enjoyed the fish and chips with a little malt vinegar splashed on the beer battered filets..melted in my mouth..My companion order a bacon cheeseburger and added fried egg..He thoroughly enjoyed it! We had the absolute best server, Ella it was a pleasure meeting you! She never missed a beat, gave us great suggestions from the bar to the main course meals.. We will definitely come back!
The burgers are great, and they have a good atmosphere for dining. there is a lot of variety to choose from and always something different to look for.

What a wonderful place! Me, and four other went on a Saturday night. They were quite busy but we were still seated quickly and the service was on point!. From the time we sat down till everyone had a drink in front of them was less than 5 minutes. We ordered 3 appetizers, all of them came within minutes. And our main dishes were served, as they should be, minutes after we finished our appetizers. Our server visited often, keeping up with our drink orders. The steak sandwich, PERFECTLY COOKED on the freshest bread EVER! the jalapeno dip, AMAZING, and the Conecuh/green tomatoes, PERFECT! We always share, so I also tried the fried green tomato BLT, DELICIOUS! THEN, the Loretta Lemonade, WONDERFUL blend of flavors, so I had two!This little place is a must try!
In town for Alabama softball. This is a good place to eat. They don't have lots of choices but what they do have is really good. Great staff, quick service, yummy food! B had a little wait but it was Friday night and expected.

We ordered Pimento Cheese over Fried Green Tomatoes to start. Crunchy with a little spice and topped with a smooth pimento cheese. Blake ordered the parmesan crusted chicken with rice and asparagus. It’s one of the best meals he’s had in months! Very high praise!! Logan ordered fish and chips. Just such a good classic and it was fried to perfection. The fish had so much flavor. Definitely one of my favorite dishes here. When Avenue Pub isn’t packed, head over for a great meal. Overall, 5/5
The strawberry Sriracha burger is great, but it used to be better.The fish & chips are also phenomenal!Unfortunately no desserts
