You get what you pay for, right? I will say their spicy chicken is my favorite spicy chicken sandwich of all the fast food places. The new fries are definitely an improvement.
Impressed by the accuracy of the order we got, however cleanliness was not a big thing here. Tables were wiped down with a napkin and water and none of the seats were cleaned very well. In my drink, it was mostly ice and only about 20% of the drink I ordered. The waiting time wasn’t awful, but it was clear the staff wasn’t happy with their job and acted bored and tired of everyone walking through the door. The restaurant was extremely hard to find because of how tiny the sign was, so we had to turn on all these different streets just to find it. Overall, the food was decent. I wish they kept their items stocked when needed, no ketchup cups anywhere, so we went without it.
Very small Wendy's and set up was strange. Only 1 register and took way too long to get our order taken. Food was typical fast food. I'd pick another fast food place in the area.
Food was accurate, but not great. They had products advertised outside on the building that are no longer available. The manager and cashier seemed very inconvenienced to have to take my order.
Was having a nice to-go meal after a half day of travelling until a young lady (about high school age) came in asking myself, hubby and group of senior citizens for money for candy in a cardboard box. Not good for business!
Went through drive through with 5 different orders. Staff got all orders correct, food was hot, service was fast, staff were very happy and friendly. Very impressed!
Person working the register was on her cell phone the entire time we were in the store. Messed my order up because she wasn't paying attention. Won't ever eat there again.
Food was fresh and fine but the customer service was horrible. Waited a long time in the drive thru with only one person ahead of us the lady started taking our order and then jsut stopped! So we pull up to the window and she says “I thought I told you to wait” didn’t apologize and absolutely no manners.
The employees were great. The food was cold. I don’t know if the nugget recipe has changed but they are not good anymore. I will not get nuggets from Wendy’s any longer. They tasted like the fake Mcd’s nuggets. Gross chicken parts. Cold did not help.
