Great location, very small but efficient. The food was barely warm, the staff was nice the place was clean. Just can't get past the food being so so.
Cannot make orders correct!!! Lines backed up because cannot make multiple others orders correctly. Bad Management, if they don't want to work or do their job correctly why are they there. And manager and employees get mad when you try to get your order corrected!! No Receipt!! So have no idea what all I was charged for.. Bad Business!!!

Went to the Wendy in Prattville not off the interstate and they are night and day difference on food the Prattville location was great.
I began enjoying them again,but why are they starting to keep their doors locked again. I don't understand, unless you're not wanting to clean like normal. Nothing new to your jobs. Post a picture at least,on the door..please,management should know better. Even of you're short staffed. Let people know.
Food is always fresh...but usually has a long line because everyone knows that the food is fresh n hot.

Food was good but service was ridiculously slow. I ate inside but seriously considered getting back in my car and using the drive through since it was so much faster.
Friendly staff and even at 9:30pm got served amazing fresh hot food. Just amazing
Only drive through is open . When everywhere else in town is dine in. This makes for a really long drive thru wait time. But food is good. They have great breakfast Now.
