I love this Wafflehouse! We pass 2 others to get to this one. I don't know names but, the singing lady head cook runs the show!! They are always quick, courteous and professional! Shot out to Jake today!! A young guy with excellent customer service that is rare these days. All are hard workers.
Such a great experience! The staff were the happiest, friendliest bunch I have ever encountered! The cook was so entertaining singing while cooking. Tierra, our server was on point and super friendly. Very clean establishment, even their ceiling and lights were fairly clean in comparison with the majority of Waffle Houses. And they offer Simply Orange juice and Simply Lemonade now!
Waitress forgot my coffee and was not very attentive. Napkin holder had syrup completely covering the top. Cook let the waffle burn then admitted they knew it was burned but thought we might eat it anyway so they took a shot at serving it. Wow, talk about a bad experience.
Had breakfast, food was very good, place was crowded, but wait wasn't overly long.
This location is always awesome. Been that way for years. When Val and Terra are there it is amazing to watch them working. They are like a fine tuned machine. Best Waffle House EVER!
The food was great. The place was clean. Not happy with a WOKE customer that gave the grill guy a hard time. No excuse for her behavior. The grill guy was training a new employee and giving him proper instructions as to how to keep the place clean.
Tierra was our top notch waitress!! She was efficient and polite!!! Food was awesome!!
The table was visibly smeared with syrup, we had to ask the waitress to come and clean it. Even then she didn't thoroughly clean the table. We had to use napkins to wipe it down. The sausage was cold even though there were only three other customers in the whole place. I asked for my eggs over medium, and they came to me still clucking. I will never eat there again.
They were short staffed and had some new folks but they were busy as heck, working extremely hard, and knocking out those orders. It was Christmas Day that we were traveling and I know they would rather have been home with their families but I appreciate each and every one of them being their to make sure my family could eat while we drove.
We had a great meal and the service is too notch. Tearia (bad spelling) was so good at making us feel welcomed and our every need attended to, I am so impressed ?.
