Terrific service with personable staff
My husband and I visited tonight and received the most outstanding service we have ever gotten at any Waffle House we have ever been. Darius, our server, had a super personality and was able to meet all of our needs before we ever asked. The cook, Keith, took incredible pride in the meal he prepared us, and we really enjoyed our visit here!
Would love to be able to say how the food is. But the staff just walked around us and never even said hi or gave us a menu. Walked out. After driving for hours, just wanted some grub and no joy. Fn ridiculous. If I could give it zero stars, I would.
The staff at this Waffle House was AWESOME!! The two young men that were working there were so sweet and kind. My food was made fresh and quickly the two young men I had the pleasure of talking with with we’re Kailob and Malik. I will be visiting this Waffle House again soon.?
First, Good service... Food was poor as the Omelettes we're burned on the outside and not cooked on the inside. To be fair, the staff was trying...but seemed inexperienced. Perhaps additional training? We've eaten at this location many times over the years and this was the poorest quality food. We passed on having it replaced. Just felt it would probably be about the same.
Called 4 times to place a to go only to be put on hold. Horrible. Zero customer service skills.
We love waffle house for breakfast, but this one was a little off the sausage had a off flavor and the waffle was over cooked. So not pleased.
If you ask for no onions on your hash browns you're probably going to have to pick them out
I came in at 3:20am (before I had to be at work at 4am. There was 3 other customers dining in. I put in my order and the server went ahead and took 4 more people’s order that walked in behind me right after me. Everyone got their food before me and all I ordered was one order of hash browns!? Then it was 3:52 and my food was not even on the grill. Off to work late and hungry I go.
The waitress was great and good what is expected. Nice quick stop for breakfast.
