This will be the last review and last time I deal with this business. Screen says order is on the way all the time and food doesn't come out for another 30 mins or so. Drinks are gross and food is never correct. Sonic used to be the spot. But 2022 it is not a fast food establishment, should be somewhere you go inside and eat. Over half my order came out wrong. I ordered a slushy and got a regular drink. I ordered half n half sweet tea and they gave me one sweet tea and one unsweet tea… I guess I’m supposed to mix it myself. Burger had lots of unwanted toppings and fries were cold. If my order being wrong wasn’t good enough the car hop had an attitude and let’s not forget the sticky note over the card reader.
If I could give this place no stars I would. I pulled into Stall #16, trying to place my order. I arrived at 3:00. I left at 3:29pm after no response. There were maybe 4 cars total in the lot, all seemed to have already placed their order. Almost 30 minutes later and no response- DO BETTER. I will take my money somewhere that will actually answer their headsets. Smh.
It was terrible! Sat forever, didn't get what I ordered. Then, I had pushed the button to ask them to bring me what I asked for. Never would answer. Tried flagging someone down. I was close to the in and out door. Finally had to blow my horn. The server acted as though I offered her by doing so. Will not be going back.
Waited 15 min. To get my order taken. Watched as the two guys kitchen staff made basket ball shots to the trash can with wadded napkins and played around.After my order was taken waited another 15 for or order to get to us.a good 5 min. After the screen said it was on its way. 30 min. For two fudge sundays and a chili cheese dog, and the chili cheese dog was barely warm.
Me and my wife always loved going to Sonic and getting their food but tonight it was horrible. All the way from the service down to the quality of the food. It was not very busy at all and it still took over 15 to 20 minutes for them to come over the button and take my order having to ask me repeatedly times can you repeat that and then after waiting another 20 minutes for my food it comes out hard and old. I cannot give a review on over a. Of time I can just say that this is the first time I've been there in a good little while and it was the worst service I've ever had out of Sonic and I think the management that came out there and talk to me with broom to did not give me a good apology to not offer any kind of customer service to make me feel better and want to come back so I would not recommend it to anybody that's coming to Prattville do not go to the Sonic in Prattville Alabama that's coming from Brandon fryer
Ordered on the app, set in the stall for 35 minutes. This was after the screen said Bre was on her way with my food. When she finally brought it to me she thrust it in my car and walked away. No apology for it being so long or anything. To top it off the drink had been sitting with the ice melting and there was no fruit n the car hop did not feel it was something I needed 2 know before taking the drink.
Terrible service all around. Food? Comes out cold. Drink? Came out tasting like piss. Fries? Scalding hot. Took 40 min to get food after ordering from the app
the food is good and it came out fast
Slower then slow. Took 20 minutes to take my order, another 15 to get my food. Then I wasn’t given my change back. I was too annoyed by the time I got my food to ask for my change back.Cup was dripping & sticky too from where a previous customers drink was spilt & the car hop didn’t bother with cleaning the tray up before placing my order on the tray.Food was fresh though. Car Hop person was nice, just no motivation to move a little quicker.
