My husband & I ate there this past Saturday, May 21st. The food was good but very pricey. We asked the waiter how many crab claws were in a serving & he said a pound. I bet there weren't 10 at the most. I don't like to complain in front of people. We are from Montgomery, Al. & had never eaten there before. Waiter needs to get his serving size quantity straight. Twice in three weeks.I have ordered two piecemeal. ALL WHITE MEAT.And I get all dark.Where do they find so manyincompetent people
Biscuits are so frikking good!! Reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because I ordered coleslaw and chicken from the drive thru, and there were no napkins or utensils in the bag. And my chicken was luke warm at best. But still love that chicken from Popeyes!
They were rude when I asked for dark meat only. The family size sides were only half way full. I had to feed a family of 5. I bought the family deal and added 2 lrg fam sides to that. It was still barely enough to feed us.
Ordered 2-2 piece all white meat. Got home one dinner a wing & thigh, other dinner leg & thigh. Don’t know who’s sorting chicken pieces but they may need some more training. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
I prefer this location over all others. Every time I have been here the staff has been friendly and my food is actually hot. Imagine that. I'm not gonna throw shade at the other stores but I do get silverware when I come to this one without having to ask. Who knew you needed silverware to eat red beans and rice? I was shocked. No but seriously they do a great job here.

Been there twice in two months and both time had to wait on food. The first time they left off my chicken sandwich. This time I ordered a family meal with an extra side and my extra side was missing. The sweet tea was sour and the sides with the family meals is not enough for more than 3 people.
Went to get chicken several times in the last few weeks and they were out of chicken, good price and good food in the past though!
Placed a 16 piece mobile order... 53 min later when I arrive, they didn't even start it and I have to wait another ~20 min. 1 hr 15 min for 16 pcs of chicken! You would think they would apologize, but they said they were busy (1 car in drive through when I got here at 8p.). Maybe offer a drink? Not happy. Food was good and hot at least.
