Didn't get what I paid for and they wouldn't accept their own coupon that I showed them. Would've stayed and made sure I did if I had the time to. I did not have a very good experience this time but the food ordered tasted good.
Showed up to get my order- from 30 min away- and the prattville store was closed. No phone call, no email. No one let us know the store had closed or that the order was canceled. Also, I had used some points for the order, and they are gone with nothing for them.
Both Pizzas were pushed thru too quickly. The dough on both was not fully cooked. It tasted like raw dough and was tough and gummy. I have never had such a horrible experience at any Pizza Hut.

Hire workers that care about the job their hygiene and the way they handle customers food in front of them. Nobody was wearing a mask or hairnet and they were working over my food and I thought that a time like this especially when covid has he had in there so many Health restrictions that it was very very unprofessional and one of my worst experiences
Hot quality food when it arrives and there was a wait time by the time I got my food it was warm and my BBQ wings were not shook up for the price I paid I felt like my food should of been way better
Correct Order Times, Don't Give away parts of order to someone else. Correctly prepare orders.

Everything was right, the pizza was HOT and very good.
First time I was disappointed. They are making it good by refunding my money. Will continue to go there. Stuff just happens sometimes.
