This was a horrible experience. And the food was bad. Must be a new cook or bad employees I'm not sure. To make it worse they only serve food in styrofoam and they stopped carrying the black pepper chicken. I'll never be back
Pretty good, no hot teriyaki sauce and orange chicken wasn't crispy but still good
Ordered dinner and found myself greatly disappointed when I got home. As shown by my picture, I ordered Super Greens & Teriyaki chicken plate. They were placed in takeout boxes instead of a "plate". The food was cold, there was no teriyaki sauce, and the broccoli and cabbage were hardly cooked (3 pieces were cooked well). I don't pay $40 for barely cooked, cold food. I am too tired to go back and demand a refund, but SHAME ON Y'ALL!
They open at 11. I went in at 12 the food looked cold. I need them to keep the food stirred or keep cooking fresh.
The service was excellent and food was freshly served and deliciously presented..
This was absolutely the worse experience I have ever had. First, when I walked in all the employees were on their phones. They didn’t change their gloves when they were serving me, and lord knows what else they touched without changing gloves. One of the employees told me the girls name was Dae, who served me. I also saw her messing with her hair and sticking her hands down her pants and complaining about having to serve me. The place was dirty and disgusting. Do. Not. Go.
Management was very poor, there was multiple hairs in my food and I tried to exchange it and all the employees were on their phone. The cashier Shelby told me that I wouldn’t be able to exchange my food for something new, something without hair in it. The food seemed like it had been sitting out for a while. Overall I was very disappointed in the quality of service and food and I will never be going here again.

When I arrived the employees were very rude and when I first came in I witnessed the employees eating the food right out of the pans! I decided to give the food a shot and also noticed that the employees uniforms look like they had never been washed. The food server whos name tag said Kia, was rude and had a attitude when I asked a question. The food I received wasn’t even good, it tasted stale like it had been sitting out for a while. Please don’t eat here, I know I won’t be ever again.

The food and service is great. The walnut shrimp and the veggies are my favorites.
