Our first dinner out after moving to town and my wife said she used to love this place and their chicken fingers.It was empty at 5pm and staff were all sitting around talking. Desean was very nice and helpful. My dinner was good, but her chicken fingers were straight pink and raw inside.Pretty slow for being empty. Manager was gracious and removed chicken fingers dinner from the bill and gave my wife a peach cobbler to go.Drove by today; parking lot was full for lunch. Hoping for a better experience next time we give O'Charley's a try.UPDATE: General Manager, Stacy, called and apologized, asking us to come in again and ask for her. We will.
Great experience from start to finish. Out of town for work and needed a quick bite, party of 1. Was greeted nicely and seated quickly. Not busy for 5pm on a workday. Placed my order and didn’t have much of a wait and got my food hot and fresh! Everything was delicious and Emmanuel was great. Give this place a chance, they even have a good happy hour special!
The food is good, but we waited an hour for at least an our for our food. The place was not busy at all. I had hair across my plate when receiving my meal. It happens, but they also messed up the other order. The meal was suppose to be chicken tenders only, but we got a mix of fish and chicken. They comped us the gratuity but charge me for the steak with hair. Manger finally came out after I requested. She “blessed my heart” and just looked at me. However, the waitresses are hard working ladies who are suffering cause the manger needs to be fired. The manger lady is ruining the resturant.
if you're going there for lunch....don't....just don't. I work 15 minutes away; plenty of time to get there order, eat and get back to work. My drink order was taken immediately (12:45) and roughly 5 minutes later i was given my drink. At that point my order was taken (12:50). At 1:11, I asked another employee how much my drink was.At this point, the server appeared and said she would talk to the manager and I told her I had to go back to work. She reappeared with the manager, my plate and a to go box. The manager offered no reasons or excuses for the delay. The only thing she did offer was to take my plate to the kitchen and box it up in there.If they had been busy, I could understand the delay. If the problem is they are short-staffed, then it should have been stated up front that it would take a while to receive my order. I have visited this location numerous times and I can honestly say that I have never had an experience anywhere near this bad.
Excellent experience all around. Rolls, tenders, tater tots, Mac and cheese, and my daughter’s meal (Mac n cheese bowl with chopped tenders and cheese sauce along with smashed potatoes) were all excellent. Service was great.
Great atmosphere, great service, food was excellent. Service was top notch. Chicken tenders, fries, Mac and cheese…all excellent.
Like everywhere else, they seemed to be short staffed but the waitress did a great job. I had the honey glazed chicken and it was delicious!
Haven't been here in a while.. but my mom, my sister's and I greatly enjoyed ourselves. The prices are reasonable, food was hot & delicious, margaritas were everything and our server was AMAZING!
We had Raul tonight and our service we excellent. The bartender has served us before and he is still there and he was also excellent. Would recommend this restaurant
It was amazing food and amazing service delta was our server. Always checking on us and making sure we have everything. Very kind and friendly. :)
