Horrible customer service egg shell in egg McMuffin don’t go !!!!!!!go to Hardee’s close by
The greatest Egg McMuffin I have ever had. The grease just oozed out of it. I couldn’t even eat it.
African American woman working drive thru at 9:51 didn’t provide receipt.We ordered the following- 2 hot and spicy mcchickens (very very cold, and stale, clearly old)-2 10 piece nuggets (borderline hard as a rocks)-1 deluxe chicken sandwich. (Looked terrible)-1 large vanilla iced coffee (was good)The woman working the drive thru was downright hateful, and upon calling the store phone nobody answered. Please get ahold of me through this review, or I will be contacting corporate
Super fast service super clean, really nice staff and food was nice and hot. Nice big parking out back for oversized vehicles like us. Thanks ladies for such quick service and remembering our order when we forget our wallet in the car and had to run back out and get it!
All I asked for was a Big Mac with no sauce and sure enough..... what I get...... plenty of sauce. Couldn't be more disappointed!
multiple times now i have gotten the wrong order after being asked to pull up to the curb, it is not hard to label orders!! i’m come here to get food and leave not to go inside and have to get my order corrected.
I can’t even with the restaurants that have a curbside pickup sign marking parking spaces, the option to order curbside pickup on their app but they don’t actually provide curbside pickup! McDonalds>>> REMOVE YOUR SIGNS PLEASE!! This added an extra hour (hour plus bc we are still waiting) to our 4 hour drive home. Not needed. Thank you to the lady who allowed me to interrupt her drive through experience to ask a question while I stood in the cold rain bc all doors were locked to enter the restaurant. Thank you to the worker for not being too rude about my cluelessness that the clearly marked curbside parking spots were not for curbside pickup but just decorated so for absolutely no reason and instructed me to wait in the very long drive through line to then tell us that they don’t have our already paid for order that we have no way to cancel or get reimbursed… Y’all… I CAN’T! We then were instructed to pull up and wait (a few feet from the decorated parking spots) for them to walk our order out to us when they finish it. My poor kiddos are so hungry … please do a momma a favor and just remove the option if you don’t provide it. Still waiting… ?♀️** Update: we waited another 10 minutes (75 minutes total) for them to make our order after they asked us to pull forward and they would walk it out to us. We then walked to the window again in the rain… they had forgotten we were there. Handed us part of our order and it was wrong… I would not recommend this place. Sigh! Go anywhere else!
This place was terrible we don't eat at McDonald's but we were on a family trip so we stopped here with everyone else.Nobody would wait on us.My husband said let's go then I said here comes someone. So it took them a while to get r order then when we got in the car we open r fish sandwiches and they were just like toughed in the box my husband's cheese was half off the sandwich and stuck to the box. Worst stop ever on a family vacation.
Pulled in waited, while 6 cars in front of us gave up and left the drive thru. I assumed they were closed, no just two employees assumed there by the window doing nothing.
If you walk with a cane, be very careful. Floor is very slippery.(5 months later)Tried again. STILL SLIPPERY FLOORS.That's my last time. Wendy's at next exit is open for dine in.
